    First of all, having an account here and there is different, You'll need to set up your own acount in there if you want. Register/Log in and as soon as you're logged in, it should take you to the page where you can upload your video's

    You click on Attachments which i have shown you using the black arrow. It's the Paper Clip. Once you click that you'll get another screen popped up. The Image Below
