    easy. take it one bite at a time. go buy a burger, think to yourself "i already spent the money, i should eat it". and just force yourself to bite it. the rest will come easy. and that's how u overcome other problems that u don't wna face: force yourself to do it, getting started on the solution is the hardest part!

    Anyway, do you skip breakfast and Lunch?

    Skipping breakfast makes you gain weight.

    When your body realizes it doesn't have that food there, it stores extra fat.

    I'd suggest eating three healthy meals a day.

    Try eating small things,like a granola bar.then move on to a little bit bigger things,such as a salad.take it one step at a time I guess.

    start eating little snacks, or a bowl of cereal. or set up a time to eat ( DON'T SKIP THIS TIME )


    i'm not trying to be negative or scare you but if you don't eat you will have a serious problem ( death, starvation )
