So yeah.... I want to learn how to record videos on the screen of my computer plus the sound on the computer AND if I were to comment on it I would also like to record my voice. For example if I were going to make a tutorial on how to do something and upload it to youtube. What exactly would I need? Which programs or hardware specifications would be ideal to do something like this? If anyone does this kind of thing your input would be greatly accepted.
For a screen recorder I recommend you get HyperCam. Next I would put the recorded video in a movie maker. As for the audio of the tutorials I recommend you record it in Audacity. After that just put the audio with the video and that takes care of the video part. Next you save it and upload it to youtube. Also if needed be sure to use annotations in the video after uploading.
Camtasia does all of that at once with included video editing software better then movie maker. And no watermarks, a built in zoom function while editing the video so it looks more natural. Also it is very high quality and easy to use....
or if you'd rather not pay for a screen recorder like camtaisa try camstudio you can download it here. also download the camstudiocodec for higher quality videos here just run and install the codec and then you should be able to record videos with HD quality
