that should help, just try to inhale and exhale

 

Some of that could work but I'd need a quiet place to do it.

aight I'll tell you some but I gotta fix some options so kh-v doesn't log me off right away.

That just kinda makes me feel funny and angry at the same time.

 

It hormones.They're f*cking me up too.I'm becoming more sexually attracted to girls and i looked it up.It's hormones.They are really getting on my nerves too.Don't feel worried about it.I'm trying not to let my bodily functions effect my phyche.It is really hard to deal with at first but when you get used to it then your phyche will return.

if your school has a sick room or if you go in your bedroom, you could be alone for a while.

 

No becuase it's just a bodily function like any other.If anyone else has problems with emotions that are teenagers refer them to that post in case its the answer.Hormone's are why teens rebel,why teens feel iscolated.It's the worst thing your body can do, is release hormones.

 

They suck even if you aren't a teen. Your friends sometimes have to deal with them, or sometimes you just mature faster than others(my situation)

 

Alright heres one of the things bugging me today:

I made two friends angry by defending one from a dude who is just cruel.....he was beating up my friend then he comes upand starts beating me, so I thought the right thing to do was to mess this guy up so my elbow just slams into his ribs cuasing a HUGE LOUD crack (it was just horrifing) then I punched the dude in his nose so now he's on the ground and my friend who orginally was getting beat was very scared....at first she gave me a weird stare of fear then she screamed and ran off.....so there goes a friend screaming off leaving me here with the dude I just messed up....I waited till he got back up but all he said "nice eye" then I realized I have a black eye.....so we had a long talk about how he needs to think in better ways so he doesn't hurt people again.....cuz he knows I will come after him again......we went to 61 stop and got some ice packs and walked out and decided to continue this tomorrow......but when I got home and my friend called me and asked "WHAT DID YOU DO NOW?" then she started getting after meh then after 5 min. it was ackward silence and talking....but then I was feeling real angry having to deal with the guy so I randomly start getting after her for no reason then from there her mom called and she had to hang up....right now i'm saying sorry to both of them....1 over the phone....the other on computer.

 

Ya i agree ~Sasumi~.I know alot of people gooing through the whole emotions thing.They think they don't show it and to most people they don't but i can see it in there eye's.It's one of my greatest abilities, to see into the depths of the human Soul.

 

And how does this have to do with your anger?

 

1. I really can't stand hurting people but the dude was just asking for it

2. I scared the living crap out of a close friend

3. I made another friend real angry over the phone last night

 

Oh. Well number one you should overcome it sooner or later.

Number two, that usually happens to everyone.

That's terrible. And I'm not just talking about what you did. The way your friend ran away must have been terribly frightening in the first place, you were defending her. And that guy wasn't being a jerk. But what you did is pretty terrible too...

 

Shes already angry with me for fighting back at the dude and I didn't mean to but I was a jerk over the phone.

I know and I feel awful about it today but I can't just let him beat up on her.

 

Ohhhhh boy. THat's one thing you should have avoided, being a jerk. Just say some sorry things and make it pitying. I'm always that type of a person.

 

Working on it over the computer right now but my friend I scared forgives me so thats ok but doesn't change alot.

This was just yesterday I've got other crap i'm trying to workout now.
