    Okay, so I've already posted about this before, but I still can't get things settled...

    Since it's near the end of the school year, I've been getting a whole bunch of homework, and I decided that since my grades are dropping, I should focus more on academics. However, that only made my problems start. I've been having alot of trouble keeping up with tests and schoolwork and cheerleading... I talked to my coaches, and I discovered that I CAN quit the team, but I don't like to be a quitter... my coaches said that we only have one more game this week and one more game next week, then the seasons over, but I don't think I can make it any longer... I've got these problems on top of boyfriend issues and friend issues, as well as just flat out social issues and practicing for a play I have to perform two times next week. Today I just broke down and I don't think i can make it anymore... my life's a big mess and I feel like crap... Today I actually almost cried for the first time in a month or two... So I have a decision to make: Stay in cheerleading and pull through for another week and a half and be proud for not quitting? Or drop out and make things a little easier, but lose all of my pride?

    I don't know if I can keep going, though... I had to skip practice today to come home and work on a science project, and if I miss 3 practices, I'm kicked off anyways... I'm not sure how many more I'll have to miss, but It's getting to be too much... ;_;

    and psh, I won't even START smoking XD

    I'm joking about smoking but you shouldn't quit! You should instead stay up longer and work harder. Like me! I go to tennis for one hour everyday before teh season ended and when games came, I was HELLA tired but I never gave up.

    I can't stay up longer... I have a strict 10 pm bedtime... >> it sucks, since I can't convince my parents to let me stay up... and my teachers decided to choose this week to pound me with tests and homework... I don't wanna quit, but I can't let my grades drop... I had straight As last year and I ruined it with sports this year... ;-;

    And I don't care if I'm tired... with or without sports, I'm ALWAYS tired...

    I know life can be difficult. Maybe I can help you with your homework and you worry about the cheerleading?

    ... that's true... even though I'll be hella tired, I could still wake up early in the morning, give myself about 30 minutes to wake up, and then study for awhile after I get ready for school... :3 oh my gosh! *huggles* thankies!

    No prob. THat's how I live. I do homework while posting, study in mornings before school starts and then do as many homework as I can at school to lessen hassle at home.

    OMG , cupkake, im sorry i wasnt meaning to offend you(if i did im sorry)

    either way , Destiny star, i had problems like that too

    the only solution for it is to quit something or have a very strict schedule

    btw, cupkake, did you say one of your friends looked under your shirt!!!!

    that is so wrong, and more if it was a boy(probably a girl)

    Sorry to hear you are going through all of this. It is a rough decision to choose to quit something that you've been a part in like that. If you don't want to quit though, try to hang on. However, maybe some of your stress also comes from this boyfriend issue and friend issues. If those are going bad, that may be an area to ponder trying to fix because if there's so much drama, it makes it harder to get things done you need to. Maybe you can tell your friends you are under a lot of stress and have things you need to do to try to keep your grades up.

    It is coming to the end of the year so teachers always dump a ton of stuff on students before finals come up. It sucks, but it's just the way it seems to work. What do you feel is the -main- culprit of you not getting things done or not having time? If it is the cheerleading, perhaps that is what you do in fact need to pull back from. If it is other things like social things with friends and the boyfriend giving you a hard time, then I'd say even if you quit cheerleading, this might not help you because that stress would be there. I hope things get better for you. You are a nice person and don't deserve all this stress.

    I do my homework while posting here too. hehe. It's like just the right amount of distraction I need so that I don't become totally bored with the work.

    Well, those problems aren't causing a whole lot of stress... I mean, this is the first boyfriend I've ever had, and I already broke up with him once and we got back together, so I'm pretty confused on my feelings and such, but I'm getting more comfortable with it as time goes by... And my friend problems don't usually cause much stress, they just add to what stress has been building up. And sometimes my problems with them are on and off. I'd try to fix the problem, but there's just too much going on right now and it'd probably make things a whole lot worse. I think mainly tests, schoolwork, and cheerleading are what cause the most problems. However, I can't stop my schoolwork or tests because (of course) my teachers won't let me XD As for cheerleading, I really don't want to quit, since there's only one week left, and I can't do that because I'd lose alot of my pride... I really dislike quitting things that I've just started, but I think I may have to this time... either that or I'll do what Xephos said and get up earlier in the morning to work on it. And next year, I'll be sure not to take cheer XP

    this may be sort of off topic, but I usually do my homework while I'm posting on here. I also alternate between subjects so that I don't get bored with one :3

    Yeah, if you get up a bit earlier and start your day off that way it may help. A good night's rest can clear things up to doing work in the morning a bit easier. If you have some time off now and then too, you may want to try to do some relaxing things as well to remove some of the stress for a while like meditating. This time of year sucks for this stuff. School is very demanding before summer break comes. If you aren't going to quit cheerleading just keep reminding yourself it's only for another week and maybe that will make it go easier on you. I wish you luck and hope things get better for you. Hang in there!

    These idiots in my class pick on me all the time. They keep calling me "fatass" and "****", and one of them gets on my nerves all the time. He shakes the table while I'm trying to do my work, takes my papers and rips them up, anything to annoy me.

    And some of my friends aren't any better. They tell me what I can and cannot do, such as sing or listen to songs by certain bands, eat certain foods at lunch, read certain books, talk to certain people, etc. Sometimes they even tell me not to talk to my boyfriend! And they do anything to get a guy's attention, like show their underwear and **** like that. AND they try to leave me out of anything (games, singing, etc.), and they get help with anything. Let's say one of my friends is carrying one book and a pencil, and I'm carrying about 20 books. My friend drops their pencil, and all of a sudden, every person in that hallway will try to pick up her pencil for her. But when I drop about 7 or 8 books, everyone seems to walk past me while I'm stuck in the hallway picking my books up and possibly being late for class.

    Not only that, but they make fun of my boyfriend. They call him gay and a pervert, and they say that I'm stupid because he lives far away from me, and yet I'm dating him. I tell them I'm in love with him, but they say it's fake unless he lives no more than 30 minutes away from me. Of course, I think some of them say that because they don't have boyfriends.

    Also, I used to cut myself because I thought I was the only one in the world that was imperfect, and the only way to be perfect was to get down to 94-142 lbs (That's what it said when I took this BMI test). So, I didn't eat breakfast and lunch for almost a week, then my friends found out and told the principal and my mom, who decided to send me to counseling.
