Chain of Memories Help with defeating Maleficent (CoM) please?

Oookay. I'm on level 70 as Sora and I can't beat the freakin' dragon. I have two full health bars, learned all the attacks I can, and I have 900 CP.
Yet Maleficent kills me every single time I try to fight her. Is there a specific set of cards I need to use in order to kill her?
Help greatly appreciated. ._.

Regardless of what level you are at, you need to have a lot of 7, 8, and 9 cards, as well as a fair amount of zero cards to counter Maleficent's attacks. Also, be sure to grab the Mickey Emblem cards during battle. If you use them, some bricks will fall and form a large pile that you can jump onto, making it easier to reach Maleficent. If there is fire on the ground, dispel it with an attack.

For this battle, bring out your attack card deck and update it with any new cards you have acquired while in Hollow Bastion. Basically, you want the majority of the attack cards to be 8 or 9 cards and the remainder as zero cards. Put three to four Cure cards and the standard Potion/Hi-Potion card at the end of the deck.

First, her attacks are limited to breath attacks and a nasty earthquake type attack when she slams her head against the floor. Her breath attacks cause a lot of damage, but Sora's Keyblade can be used to douse the pools of fire left behind by the attack. Additionally, this attack tends to spawn a friend card or the trick card. The quake attack is powerful and it takes time to recover from it, interrupting the flow of your attack.

To defeat Dragon Maleficent, unleash a flurry of constant attacks. Her vulnerable spot is her head, however, she keeps it on the edge of your attack range most of the time. When she does lower it, it signals that she's about to let loose with an attack. To bypass all of the jumping and card breaking required to actually hit the Dragon, use the trick card. These are pretty easy to get in this battle and when you use one it drops a handy concrete block beneath Dragon Maleficent's head. All you have to do is jump on it and start hitting her!

As always, keep an eye on Sora's health as you carry out your attacks. It is very easy to go from full health to close to no health when Maleficent starts breathing fire.

When Dragon Maleficent sends out a breath of flame, there's nowhere to hide! When the attack ends, small piles of flame remain on the round. Douse them with Sora's Keyblade to avoid taking any damage. These small fires are also where you'll find the helpful trick card.

Normally, you'd have to jump to reach Maleficent's weak spot. As long as you are connecting with consecutive hits, jumping is fine.

Using the trick card provides an advantage against Maleficent. As long as Sora is on the pile of bricks, Maleficent can't hurt him. If you jump down, though, she'll start to destroy the steps.

I don't understand how you can't beat the dragon at that level but my advice is make a deck with a lot of attack cards(15 cards lv.8-9 and 3 cards lv.0), 3 cure cards, 3 potions and the Oggie-Boogie card and don't use any special attack because it's useless.

Bring out da Oogie Boogie card.Pack 6-9 cards with you,and with 0's for her sleights,along with at least 3 cure cards and whatever you need to reload your deck instantely,and dont forget to dodge roll either..what the others said,im surprised you cant beat her at that level O_o.
