Question help with a GIF...

help please >.< im trying to make this image



into a smaller gif so i can use it as an avatar on another site, can anyone help?

How much smaller?

I believe you can save it, open it as a gif on GIMP and then resize the whole thing.

 

umm not even that much smaller because i cant get it to work in the first place, let alone get it working and resize it...

 

Can't get it to work how, is it merging the layers when you try to save or are you not even getting that far?

 

truth be told i am unaware how to work any program that would be able to make/edit gifs

 

I could make it for you if you gave me an exact size that you want.

 

KHV size good enough? (im not sure exactly, but the KHV avatar size if possible)
