Yes. Sooo, it's been quite a few years if I'm not mistaken!
I would have just used my past account but I forgot my password. And every time I tried to have the thingy send it to me the email would never show up. Now that I think about it I would have tried to email an admin about it, but would I get it? D:

Maybe it was because you didn't have enough rep, but now you don't need to have a certain amount of rep to be premium, so you could ask an admin to make you premium :P
