Looks like you just blurred out the background and smudged.

:/ You've done better. More effects would make it cooler. Some different colors.

The light source is kind funky, too. More concentrated to the corner would do it some good, in my opinion.

I like the color effects,under the right arm.And the text,I love the text.

 

The smudge/blur that you made in this sig sorta is what makes this sig stand out along with the color effects. I like it. Overall, nice job.
