Have you seen the first episode of the new Fullmetal Alchemist series

:woohoo: Going with Ed and Al through their 'adventure' again will be a blast. I think the contrasting colors and mood of the story give it a contradicting twist. I like so far. I'm a bit nervous to have to see Barry the Chopper again... >>

 

It's finally at the point where the anime and manga plots lines fork. Soon everything is going to be completely different. what did you guys think of episode 8? I liked it, but it wasn't as epic as the anime version of that part.

oh sugar....!!! fullmetal alchemist is my fav anime...! i make myself stay up n watch it on as even tho ive seen every episode 5011 times... i havent even watched the video yet but im excited...!

Anyway, finally some new(-ish) anime worth my attention.

i think this new series is very impressive; you are shown the characters in a new ideal and perspective. its pretty neat to see. im sure everyone is waiting to see more! :D

 

I might have seen part of the first episode while looking for: Fullmetal Panic!
The animation is Godly!

 

Hughes' death was horribly done in this series and I blame the pacing entirely.

 

That stinks. Maes Hughes was my favorite when watching the first serise.

 

I thought it was really good, but I felt kind of bad that no one knew each other the same way. But I LOVED that Hughes was alive! Hooray! ^^ ​

no, this is a completely different story. It's based off the manga you can tell by the time you get to episode 12. And for those of you who dropped the anime, Watch the next episode, #13. You will not want to miss that one, It's going to rock your world.







Major Spoilers

for example, if you've noticed, Greed wasn't awakened. Lust spoke of someone that she called Father. Scar did not recognize Lust when he first met her, Winry did not go all the way with Ed and Al to met their master. Ed and Al are still unaware of the Homunculus' existence. Ed never received a scar, from that fox, when Itzumi left him on the island with Al. Itzumi performed the human transmutation on her child in a completely different location. Itzumi reveal that she met Ed's father, though she didn't know who it was. When Ed saw the gate, He saw the outline of a being who pretty much referred to himself as god.

As you can see, this is a completely different story.

 

Roy VS. Lust was WHOOH?OO!!

 

It is one of the best shows ever! I never thought it would continue. thank you so much for posting this! They're back in action. Yay!

i think till like 8 and it was awesome

EDIT: i just saw up to episode 8
its a huge rip
its the same thing as full metal alchemist but skipping some stuff
and i have yet to see the connection between this and the manga
i read most of it and its really not goin by it at all
only the first episode was different
