Have you ever felt like this?

pretty much just described my situation actually

 

I wan't really that active on here when I stopped using Photoshop, because then I really didn't have a reason to be on. Now I'm on here when I'm bored with life, meaning I'm on here pretty much 24/7. Everyone here is so nice and I have made so many friends in the past few months. Before KHVC, it is probable that nobody actually knew me, I don't even think I was prem yet! I come on here because you guys are entertaining.

If you're bored then go, and come back when you want. There is always something to do here though :)

 

I have decided to stick around until after the holidays. If I still feel the same after then I'll take a break from KHV.

 

Number one way to stay dedicated to this site: stop visiting the spam zone. Honestly, people here can be horrible jerks and it makes me not want to come on here sometimes. yes I am talking to you people come at me.

There's so much to do outside of this section that will not only help you meet people but will give you a reason to keep logging in here. Some people mentioned joining an RP, that's a good start, especially if you like writing! KHV doesn't have to be your life's purpose and if the site isn't making you happy, don't force yourself to keep visiting. But there's a heck of a lot of great people on here & so much fun stuff to do.

 

I am the kind of guy who needs someone to help. Helping people with their problems is what makes me who I am. I am only really happy when I have someone to help. I do rp I am part of Hero of Time's Remnant's rp and I have my poem/lyric topic. I also have a fan fiction I am writing. I have those yet I still feel this way.

 

We do have a Help With Life section you could check out if you've not already. & commenting on people's writing is a form of helping too, you're giving them feedback and helping them improve.

 

Yeah, all those jerks that don't call each other jerks and mainly all joke around on Skype at the end of the day. Those demons. They're exactly why I peaced for so long. HEY GUYS WHAT'D I MISS?!?!?!!?

But anyway, yeah, if you do feel like you have the leave then go ahead. You can always come back. Heck, I've been on this site since 2007 but collectively, I can say I've only been active for 2 or so years. Though, I only leave because of school - I've never left for boredom or anything like that. There are fantastic people on here and all the other sections are great too. That's what I like about KHV, we have all sorts of people here and you can be yourself.
But if you feel the need to leave or have a break, go ahead. No one is forcing you to stay (although it would be great if you did. I don't like seeing members go lol). I'm sure there are reasons for you to leave personally or whatnot but remember to be open for the reasons to stay c:

Don't worry yourself hun, I just said it's the internet and it shouldn't be taken seriously. If you don't feel like participating, don't. How life works, really.

 

I will say thank you for the advice and other things. My final decision will be made after Christmas.

 

I'm mainly here for the 'riveting' conversations in Discussion and Gaming. Always been my reason for being here. Tried to go on more Discussion based forums, but they were over complex in simple topics and hyperbolic with their use of language. I like it here. I spend time in the spam zone when i'm nored, this place is usually just a quick look and leave place for me. Much better things to do around here.

But yeah, if your investment into the site isn't there at the moment, leave for a bit and see how you feel after that.

People form friendships in real life, online, with cars, seriously who is able to control what they do and don't care about or love? I mean, internet relationships are on the rise, that tells me people invest online. And for good reason, there can be epic people across the globe which the internet gives you a chance to meet. Just gotta treat each other like real people and not avatars. Most of the people I hang out with here are not the type I hang out with in real life. I like the variety of people everywhere, I don't like passing it up.

I got bored of my wife and kids, they were so annoying, so I left them. My job was getting annoying so I quit that as soon as.
Life works by accepting everything that comes at ya and making light of it, not just avoiding it.
