Teehee, he does I sort of noticed it but I guess he's just got funky ears...

God, I thought it was obvious. Saix is a werewolf and those are his wolf ears. Minus the fur.

Well I never noticed that Xigbar has...But on Saix it's really obvious

 

Just design- I think Saix also has his ears peirced along with Luxord. This question is like asking why is Mickey a mouse- it's just deisgn XD I think the elf ears rock! I did draw a little comic strip to explain what I thought about them both having elf ears- it's a comedy sort of this.

 

Yeah, Xigbar has them too. XD Which cancels out my theory from five seconds ago that it's just because Saix is affiliated with the moon. Frankly, I find elf-like ears easier to draw than normal human ears, so perhaps Nomurasan just got lazy with designs.

Not that he's lazy all the time. =P

 

And Demyx has a mullet. How does Nomura explain putting a redneck into Kingdom Hearts? The Org members probably have their little things that are weird. Larexene has antenna. 0_0

 

Now that I think about it, Saix does sorta seem like a werewolf, what with his beserk mode and ears.

 

...............I have pointy ears and im not and elf BUT i really like it how larxene has antenna's i mean like is she a bug or something?

 

I too saw this but i like the idea of it. Gives more of a feeling that their all from different worlds.

And as for why Saix has pointed ears, I dunno that either. I didn't really notice. In fact, I just noticed that he had pierced ears recently. I think it's because of my extreme dislike of him, since he's always picking on Axel.
