Cloud came out just in time. A beast was about to attack Aerith, he took his sword and blocked the attack. "Get back in the school, Aerith!"

Aerith saw Cloud protecting her from a attack. "Cloud....."

 

Denzel tried to get up but fell back down.

 

Hermione hugged Denzel. "It's alright, Denzel. You're okay, now." She started to cry.

 

Kairi stood up, "please. .go somewhere safe" Kairi started to run with keyblade hitting the beasts. 'How many are there?'

 

Aerith got up and ran to the school, she turned around and watched everyone.

"There's too many for me to count," Cloud said, pulling out another sword.

"Guess we'll fight until they're gone..." Riku said.

 

Denzel got up and charged at Kadaj again and again only to be thrown back again and again but he kept at it.

 

Kairi got jumped by 2 more beasts. "get off me," she said and she pushed them off

 

"Deznel! Kadaj! Let him alone!" Hermione shouted, a tear dropping onto the White Materia and it started to glow.

'Cloud, Hermione.....' Aerith thought as she watched them.

 

he was thrown back one more time and he hit the ground hard. He lay motionless, his breathing was shallow.

 

Hermione ran to Denzel. "Denzel, you'll be alright...." She took the the necklace off her neck and put it on his body. 'Please, save him.....' The glowing materia glew brighter and engulfed him in the light.

Riku attacked four beasts at the same time.

 

"Will these guys every quit?" Kairi said whacking a few more beasts.

 

"Kadaj made them, so think about it," Cloud told her, blocking an attack.

"So, we'll fight until they're gone, right?" Riku asked. Cloud didn't answer.

 

Denzel's eyes were closed and he was hyperventilating. He groaned and got up.He tried to run at Kadaj.

 

Hermione held the materia in her hands. "Denzel...."

Riku blocked a few attacks and turned to Cloud. "Hey, how are you doing?"

 

"i guess. . " Kairi saw a group of the beasts comeing her way there were about 20 of them so she charged up her keyblade and yelled out 'Firaga' and a giant fireball came out and blasted through the beasts.

 

Denzel jumped in front of Kairi so she would have a shield.

 

Riku got back-to-back with Cloud. "I take your side, you take mine?"

"Deal." Cloud took the beast behind him.

 

"Denzel you are hurt. . be careful," She said and went in front of Denzel.

 

Denzel shook his head and jumped back in front of her, growling.

 

Hermione ran to Aerith, "Professor, they're after you! Follow me!"

"Denzel.... you okay?" Riku kneeled at Denzel.
