"Denzel, I want to protect you.... But....." Hermione turned to Denzel. "I'm worried about Kadaj's thinking.... He's calls me sister because we share the cells. Promise me, you'll be brave, for me and everyone here."

"I've always felt this way about you..." There was a silence, but it was broken by some strange weird melody. "What is that?"

 

"I hear it too. ." She said, "lets go check it out,"

 

Hermione ran and found Kai under a shady tree, playing some flute. The wind blew lightly through her hair.

Riku followed Hermione and saw Kai. He gasped, listening to the medoly.

 

Kairi followed as well, "that's a beautiful melody. . " she said.

 

Hermione just stared, Kai was standing there, playing some flute that looked like a flute. She felt like she heard the melody before.

Kai stopped playing and saw Riku, Hermione, and Kairi. "Hey, what are you doing here?"

 

"we all heard this beautiful melody and we just came to see what it was," Kairi said smiling

 

"Oh, the medoly. I play it whenever I feel lonely...." Kai felt the breeze in her hair. "Say, Mione.... Remember my greatest dream? To be a writer?"

"Yes! I started to read after you disappeared! But that...."

"Hermione?" Riku turned to Hermione.

 

Kairi just smiled at the them.

 

"I made two great friends." Hermione started to cry. "Ron and...." Hermione couldn't say Harry's name because she felt too guilty about him.

"And him....." Kai walked toward her and hugged her.

 

Kairi put her hand on her shoulder.

 

"I feel so helpless...." Hermione buried her face in Kai's shirt.

 

"I don't need protecting," he said angrily. Suddenly a black aura surronded him.He ran off.He hid in a tree in the woods.

 

"How do you feel helpless?" Kairi asked

 

"Because I couldn't protect him...." Hermione looked away and pulled the sword out. He pulled it out in their second year from the Sorting Hat, but why did it picked her?

 

The aura around Denzel grew bigger and bigger the more he thought.

 

Hermione ran into the forest, and saw a aura surrounding Denzel. "Denzel!" Before she could reach him, Kadaj attacked.

"Hermione's like Cloud, but why would she think she's helpless?"

 

Denzels aura grew darker and darker. Somewhere a voice whispered," give into the darkness Denzel."

 

"Kadaj! Get out of the way!" Hermione shouted to Denzel. "You can't give into the darkness, Denzel! You have to fight it! Fight it!"

Harry appeared, behind her and knocked her out. He walked toward Riku and the others.

"What do you want, Harry?!" Riku said, taking out his Keyblade.

 

"give in to it, it will make you stronger," said the voice. Denzel thought about it. if I were stronger then I could protect them better The aura grew even bigger and blacker and Denzel started to get black too. He let the darkness in. Immedeatly he felt stronger and faster.He jumped down from the tree and ran at Harry. ( he acts like naruto when he transforms into the nine tailed fox so he runs on all fours and stuff)
