Kairi watched Aerith come to them.

 

"Professor...... Hey......." Kai fell unconscious.

Yuna got on her knees, and sat next to Kai. "I can't protect anyone close to me. That man was right." She started to cry.

Aerith put her hand on her shoulder.

 

Kairi felt sad for her. .

 

"Maybe that's why you're like me," Cloud said. "You can't protect those close to you......" He stared at Aerith.

 

Kairi backed away a bit. . .

 

"Just because she can't protect the people close to her, doesn't mean she is like you, just yet," Riku said. "If she can beat Sephiroth, then maybe she is like you."

 

"You can't be someone else. . .you can only be yourself. . "

 

"Yeah......" Riku looked at the sky.

"I know, Kairi," Cloud said. "I tried, and it didn't turn out great......"

Zack walked up and shouted, "Hey, Cloud!"

 

"Then I don't know. . ." Kairi said flying and sitting on a branch of a tree.

 

Cloud groaned as Zack walked over to him.

"Hey, Zack......" Yuna said.

"Follow me, I found something!" Zack said.

 

Kairi was resting on a tree and fell asleep.

 

Yuna followed Zack and saw a portal. "Cloud, go back to Riku and the others. I'll wait here."

Cloud nodded and ran back to them.

 

Kairi used her wings as a pillow to sleep

 

"Riku, there's you and Kairi should see with Yuna," Cloud said. He looked at Kairi and sighed.

 

Kairi opened her eyes and saw Cloud staring at her. . "What is it?"

 

"Yuna's waiting for you and Riku," he said. "Follow me." He walked back to Yuna.

 

Kairi got down from the tree and followed Cloud to Yuna.

 

Riku followed him and saw a portal. "Who created it?"

"Don't know," Yuna said. She made sure Fairy Hermione was on was her shoulder and entered the portal. As soon she did, she saw a boy with brown hair and brown eyes like hers. A fairy look Fairy Hermione on his shoulder. Riku entered and saw the boy.

 

Kairi followed Riku and Yuna. Also she saw the boy.
