Kairi leaned against a wall and rested for a bit.

 

"Think Cloud will confess his love?" Riku asked.

 

"Hope he does. . . " She said.

 

"Aerith, I love you......" Cloud hugged her.

Riku smiled at Kairi. "Remember when we met?"

 

"How could I forget. . " Kairi smiled back at him

 

Riku smiled. "Yeah..... I felt a little jealous of you and Sora."

 

"Really? " Kairi said.

 

"Yeah.........." Riku blushed as he turned from Kairi.

 

"Why was that?" She asked.

 

"You and Sora looked so happy together, I had feelings for you, too. But.........." Riku sighed.

 

"But what, Riku? Please tell me" she said.

 

"You didn't seem notice." Riku looked away.

 

Kairi hugged him," Riku. . I have noticed. . "

 

"When?" Riku asked.

 

"Before and recently. . "

 

"You mean, on the islands, here, and Earth?"

 

Kairi nodded and smiled.

 

Riku smiled. "Wonder how the king will take it when I send a letter, saying what happened to the boy we're supposed to protect?"

 

"I don't know. . .maybe a tad mad. but we are going to get him back, right?" She said.

 

"Yeah......" Riku said.

Aerith walked up to them, with Cloud at her side.
