Harry Potter and the Planet ~ Harry Potter/Final Fantasy VII

Leohardt stood within the hallways of one of Shinra HQ's many floors, staring out out a window where the plate hid most of the town below, the Sectors to be exact, right now Shinra's being quite...annoyed with this terrorist group blowing up the Mako Reactors, thing was you never knew where they were unless it was close to explosion time and gettign to a Reactor from HQ wouldn't even be easy, even if you used a helicopter and skydived with the skills of a First Class.

"What are their motives?" Leo thought to himself, eyes closed in thought, Shinra had been strugglign with getting good First Class material since Genesis's disappearance, Sephiroth's madness from Nibelhiem, Angeal killed in action and finally Zack Fair, the last of them to go off record, but all First Classes were strictly watched closely now and never had the freedom it once had behind it.

 

A young girl in a school uniform and a woman in black walked past Leo, heading for the lab floor. Serenity smiled as she walked, she couldn't wait to see the strange boy who was on the lab floor. He always told her so many interesting stories, Luna just walked behind.

Ron followed the members of Avalanche, thinking of how he got into this mess. His best friend, Harry, got the crazy idea that Sirius Black, his godfather, was still alive somewhere because of a secret he learned about the Veil. The secret was if those aren't guilty of a crime fall into the Veil, they are transported into an alternate reality. Naturally, both Ron and Hermione were concerned about him and followed him into the Veil, only to be separated when they entered. When Ron woke up, Barret had found him and offered him a place in Avalanche, Ron took the offer as a way to find his friends.

Jessie jumped over a gap and stood by a ladder, she said, "Down there is the reactor core."

 

OOC: I was gonna mention Ron again in this next post :P

The two members of Soldier walked down the corridor after Lent's training session.
Lent noticed a young girl in uniform and whistled. "Wow, who's the cutey?"
Silver just ignored him.
"Oh come on 'Silv', you could at least answer me..." he teased.
"It's Silver. I told you not to shorten it like that." she said in her cold quiet tone.
"Sure, sure Silv. But about the girl?" he joked, still saying her name wrong.
Silver gave him a cold piercing glance like she would kill him. He just grinned like an idiot at her though... she had to admit, he was one of the only people who would still have ignored her warnings. He was either very brave, or very stupid. She decided on the latter.
"Her name is Serenity. Illegitimate child of President Shinra."
"Wow. I had no idea."
"Good. I suggest you keep things that way. Don't get any idea's." she said curtly.
She noticed Leohardt in the corridor and gave him a single nod of acknowledgement.

"When we blow this place, this ain't gonna be nothin' more than a hunka junk.
Cloud, you set the bomb."

"Shouldn't you do it?" Cloud asked.

"Jus' do it! I gotta watch to make sure you don't pull nothin'." Barrett ordered, showing the distrust in his voice.

"Fine, be my guest."

Ron made a sly comment to Barrett. "Quite the charmer you picked up there." he said sarcastically.


As Cloud moves to set the bomb, the screen dims and something speaks into his mind.

Watch out!
This isn't just a reactor!!

"...What's wrong?" Barrett asked, having noticed Cloud's sudden pause.

"Huh?"

"What's wrong, Cloud? Hurry it up!"

Cloud shook his head, as if to clear it. "Yeah, sorry."

Cloud sets the bomb. An alarm begins to sound and red lights flash.

"Heads up, here they come!" Barrett warned, readying his machine guard arm as a giant Guard Scorpion dropped from above.
Cloud nodded and pulled the Buster Sword from his back, ready for the fight.

Ron looked at the giant robot in awe as he pulled out his wand. "Bloody hell. Dad would have a fit if he could see something like this."

 

Leonhardt turned his head to notice Silver just give a nod of perhaps acknowledgement of his status or perhaps something more, Lent was still being his well.. usual self as he walked. "What brings you two here?" he asked them, though, from guesswork, Lent was being trained and his partner being Silver again, the guy was always so relaxed.

In Leonhardt's own group, his own troops respected him but he never decided to take on the role of mentorships, he just didn't feel ready that step, plus, he was still young as his family would say despite seeing things no human would want to dare look upon.

 

"Harry!!!!!" Serenity smiled as she ran up to Harry's cell door. Harry turned his head and smiled, "Serenity, Luna. Hi, what are you doing here?" "I wanted to hear more of your stories." Serenity smiled at him. Harry nodded and thought of a story to tell. He smiled and told them of when Hermione punched his rival, Draco Malfoy, in the face.

 

"The cute girls." Lent grinned, before he was smacked around the back of the head by Silver.

It wasn't hard, it was just like a 'oh grow up' slap.

"Work. What else?" she replied to Leo.

Cloud, Barrett and Ron all thought the Guard Scorpion.
Barrett fired some shots from his arm. Ron cast spells at the enemy and picked up objects with Winguardium Leviosa, and sending them flying into the big robot.
Cloud slashed at his enemy repeatedly before quickly finishing it using his 'Braver' Limit Break.

 

Leo had give up a smile at Silver's control over Lent. "No surpirsing, ever since this group came up, SHinra's been focused on finding these people." he commented, the Turks were doing something and Leonhardt recently discovered it lead to the Sector 6 Slums for some reason, he'll head there when the moment comes.

"Anyway, tell me something not related to work.."

 

"oh my the subject has been growing more unremarkable as time flies. We might as well toss him out if he shows signs of becoming a failure. Oh how I loathe failures" Hojo muttered to himself disgusted with anything deemed a failure. With his arms crossed behind his back he walked past the cells that held many of his "specimens" until he saw Luna and Serenity up ahead "you there...what are you doing here?" Hojo yelled slowly walking up to them

 

Silver thought for a second. She didn't really have much else to say about anything outside of work.
It didn't really exist for her.
"Lent is an idiot." she finally settled on.
"Hey, I'm not that bad!" he exclaimed.
She glanced at him."...you used fire on a bomb enemy..."
"Well uh... yeah... um... it still died.
...In the end."

 

Luna gripped her sword when she saw Hojo, Serenity and Harry stared at him. "I came to visit Harry." Serenity said right out. "He's the only human out of these creepy creatures!" Harry sighed, "Serenity, you and Luna better go. You don't want to see Hojo is going to do to me."

 

Hojo walked up to them unafraid of Luna and her sword "If you want somebody to talk to then talk to those brutes called SOLIDER. I do not want you influencing my subjects" Hojo said

 

Serenity and Luna began to leave, Serenity looked back at Harry. He stared at her and gave a small smile, reassuring her he would be alright. Serenity sighed and went to the Soldier Floor.

 

Leonhardt had to hold back a chuckle. "Fire cannot beat fire, it's best to use the enemy's weakness against them." He said and saw Hojo, he personally never liked the man, whoever did must of had a drugged drink.

"Excuse me for one moment." he said and approached where Hojo and the other occupants were. "Is there a problem Professor?" leo asked, his face showing no emotion as his eyes were cast upon the other occupants, The boy named Harry was going to be an specimen, that was inhuman but all First Classes were exposed to Mako and his golden like eyes shimmering were proof of that.

 

"Leo, hey........." Harry stared at the First Class Soldier. He highly doubted that Leo was here to help him, but he did wonder what he wanted.

 

Silver looked at the boy for a second.
She didn't really have an opinion on Hojo. She just stayed away from him.
"Who's that?"
"Never you mind. Come on."

"Come on, let's get outta here!"

There was only ten minutes until detonation!

They rush back out through the reactor until they meet up with Jessie where she had stayed behind. She has one leg caught in the grate she's standing on.

"You all right?" Cloud asked, kneeling down to her level.

"My leg got stuck." Jessie told him in a panic.

Cloud pulled her out and helped her stand.

"Thanks!" she smiled widely at him.

They continue to hurry and make there way out of the reactor.

"Let's go!" Biggs shouted as he ran.

"Code deciphered" Jessie told them as she finished opening the door.
"Alright, be careful."

"Code deciphered" Biggs added as they opened another door.

They go through the door and exit the reactor. On the way out, Jessie falls. Cloud helps her up and they sprint away.
The reactor emits a ring of fire as it explodes spectacularly against the night sky.

Silvers eyes glanced out the window, exactly in the direction of the Mako Reactor before it exploded.
BOOM!
"What the?-" Lent shouted out.
"Hmph... they struck again." Silver said quietly. The fire's reflection dancing in her pitch black eyes. It was odd, despite being a member of Soldier, her eyes didn't show the same spark or gleam that other Soldiers had.

 

Hojo looked over his shoulder at the one addressing him and turned to face him with his arms crossed "hmm? no there is no trouble at the moment. It is just that I wish for my specimens to not be tampered with the intrusions of others" Hojo said turning away "now can you please leave us be. There are tests that need to be done" Hojo said looking over at Harry's cell

 

A young woman with a basket of flowers on her arm heard the explosion and wondered what happened.

Harry sighed and hoped Hermione and Ron were okay. He felt lucky they weren't here, witnessing this moment.

 

"My apologies but I'm afraid I have orders from the higher-ups to take him to the Simulation Room for training, anyone stopping him from following those orders will be highly likely to meet the President." He said and continued. "It's to record his skills before you can examine him and use it as a base to see where he could vastly improve upon, I shall bring him to your section as soon as possible."

Leonhardt looked at Harry. "Let us go, Potter." he said and turne don his heel and walked, expecting him to follow

 

Harry looked at him and followed him, glad that Hojo wasn't going to work on him for the moments. He wondered why the company wanted to record his skills, he was a wizard-in-training but somehow lost his wand when he came to in his cell.

 

"bah curse that Shinra" Hojo said placing his palm over his face and raised his arms and shooed him away "take him and go" Hojo said as he walked away brightening up pretty fast "besides I have other specimens to test out. The boy doesn't seem remarkable at all. Might as well throw him out early" Hojo said walking away mostly mumbling to himself
