Barret climbs up the elevator. "Wait a sec big-time SOLDIER!
A promise is a promise! Here!!"

He tosses Cloud 1500 Gil.

"This is my pay? Don't make me laugh."

Ron sneezed. I just got chills down my spine... weird...

 

"What? Then you'll...!!" Tifa smiled at him.

 

Leonhardt panted heavily, that hologram beat him by a margin or a large gap as he was sweating like he was left out in Costa Del Sol's beach for all of it's suntime as he gulped down alot of cold water as he noticed it was approaching night since they were above the plate.

"Wonder if the kid is doing all right with that bartender, well, he should be fine as long as he listens." He said and headed for his quarters to collaspe onto the bed and let the sweet prospect of sleep overcome his tired body.

 

"No siblings just Mom, Dad and I," answered Layla
" I've always wanted a big family, but Mom died when I was little and Dad never remarried. Without AVALANCHE I'm not sure where I'd be today.. Probably all alone since my dad died," Layla said.
"If you don't want to talk it's ok. I understand,"

 

Cloud turned to Barret. "You got the next mission lined up? I'll do it for 3000."

"What....!?"

"What? No, it's not that.
I just didn't realise how much I miss everyone... even Fred and George's stupid pranks seem like a great idea now."

 

"I think I understand. If I was that far away from home I'd miss my home too," said Layla

 

Tifa whispered to Barret, "It's ok, it's ok. psst, psst..... (We're realy hurting for help, right?)" Harry peeked his head out to look and sighed, wishing he could come out.

 

"Uh..... ugh..... (That money's for Marlene's schoolin'......)"

Barret turned to face Cloud.

"2000!"

 

"Thanks, Cloud." Tifa smiled, walking up to him. Harry sighed and leaned against the wall.

 

Barret went back down the elevator.
Cloud looked over behind the counter.
"So... how long are you gonna keep the kid hidden back there?" Cloud asked Tifa, having known that Harry had been there the whole time.

Ron just nodded and sighed.

 

Kaze came up and decided to speak. "I suppose I should say this but earler, we had a visit from a SOLIDER, one of the First Classes which is a surprise in itself but he also brings along a kid and what does he ask? That we accept him to live here, Tifa's already gone ahead with the yes and did the First Class ask for anything in return? Nothing, he said the kid was about to be used by Shinra up there and decided to save him at perhaps the risk of being executed maybe, in the end, it's Barret's call if he wants him here thought the kid might become friends with Marlene." He voiced.

 

Tifa gasped and smiled, she turned to the back room, "You can come out." Harry stepped out and walked out, he looked at Cloud, he said, "Nice to meet you. Name's Harry."

 

Cloud looked at the boy. Skinny and scruffy with Glasses and a scar on his fore-head.

He then turned to Kaze. "It doesn't surprise me..." he said thoughtfully.
...There are still some decent minded members of SOLDIER... they are rare... but... there are still some.
If he was First Class... then I'd have to make a guess it was Leonhardt." Cloud told him.

He then looked at Harry again, he saw a look in the boys eyes, his eyes showed a hidden strength.
"...He's about the same age as the red head downstairs." he voiced.

 

"You can go down to the meeting room and ask Barret about keeping watch of the bar." Tifa said to him, and Harry went down on the pinball machine, his back to those were in the back. Biggs and Wedge seemed curious about the newcomer with the lion symbol on the back of his coat.

 

"If you need someone to talk to I'm always always around," Layla smiled

 

Harry turned around and looked around for Barret, finding up him and walking up to him. "Excuse me, Barret, can I talk you about something?"

 

"Huh? Who are-"

Ron had been about to respond to Layla when he heard a voice.
He turned and... well, he was in shock.
He sprang up and ran towards his friend. "Harry!"
he had been about to hug him before he stopped himself... and coughed and held out a hand. His face as red as his hair.
... Oh screw it! he thought, pulling him into a hug.
"Where you been? Have you heard anything from Hermione?"

 

"Ron! It's great to see you. I've cupped up in Shinra, about to be subject to who knows what that crazy scientist was going to do. I........ I don't know where Hermione is. But I'm sure, she's safe." Harry turned to Barret. "If it's alright, I can help Marlene watch the bar while you and the others are gone. I can protect her for you."

 

"Leonhardt?" Kaze asked Cloud.

 

"Wait... you the Trotter kid that Weasel's been talkin' bout?" Barret asked.

"Weasley." Ron corrected again...
well... I suppose it's better than Percy being called 'Weatherby'...
"And this is Harry Potter. Not Trotter."

"Whatev, it's jus' a name."

"Anyway Harry, what are you talking about? We've got to go and find Hermione."
