    Ah, okay.

And well, Tsukune...wait, I don't know how far in the series you are, so I won't say anything, lol.

Yeah I think it would have been better.
What also needed to happen was the fight in the last boy and mary freaking isabella being a normal new born. Yes I read them and they were annoying. I will watch the last two movies but I'm not a fan anymore. Although, I respect those that are.

In Harry Potter, Tonk marries AND has a child with a werewolf, but nobody made a big deal about that.
There was also a 13 year age difference. While it isn't as bad as 107 -18, both Tonks and Lupin had normal lifespans.

    ...Except they both died?

I completely forget when the holy sealing bracelet is introduced...I think it's first season, but I don't want to accidentally spoil anything. xD

Tonks is a shape shifter. And it's not like Lupin chose this lifestyle, he was bitten by Greyback. Granted, it isn't Jacob's fault that he's a vampire either, but at least Lupin knows what a shirt is. And with the age difference, it was Tonks that went after Lupin and he refused for a while. And if feel that there was a kind of mental attraction between the two, which is different from the Twilight falling in love thing, which is mainly based on their looks. The story is not about Tonks and Lupin though, it's about Harry.

Are you talking about when the blood in Tskune takes over, turning him into a demon-kind of thing (forgot what it was called) and the Head-master put this special bracelet on him that surpresses the vampire blood. That was introduced in season 1.

Last I checked, neither of those were Mary/Gary Stus that functioned as little more than a role playing doll for the reader.

Ah yeah, the Ghoul arc. I can't really remember when Season 1 ends anymore. xD
IMO Season 2 is much better, especially the latest chapters.

Season One ends when the parents visit and the fairy with the mirror destorys the school. From what I've read of Season 2, it is better than season one. It has the same feel, which is always good. I'm hoping that they bring back his cousin, she brought a lot of laughs when she made her appearance.

As of now she hasn't shown up, but it's at a fairly serious plot point again.
Also I think S2 is significantly more bloody and violent than S1. >>

And more perverted, at least in my opinion anyway (espeically in book 3).

Alright, normal life expectancy. Point is neither of them expected to live to a hundred, let alone over it. A 13 year old age difference isn't exactly the most socially accepted relationship.
She was born a Metamorphmagus. That doesn't put her in the same league as a werewolf, judging by the fact that she's not shunned from society because of it. Jacob nor Edward chose to be a werewolf or vampire. Their clothing habits are irrelevant, although I am glad Lupin keeps his on when he can >> (and that Jacob keeps his off~)
Doesn't matter who the story is about or who went after who (Lupin also had feelings for her), their relationship is still there. While the Twilight love is definitely more shallow than Harry Potter's world, it's not all about looks. Bella had a previous relationship with Jacob and had gotten close to him BEFORE she realized she loved him. She didn't fall in love at first sight with Edward either. It wasn't just "OMG, he's hawt *masturbates*"

    I don't see how that's relevant, either?
How many authors make a character that they want people to relate to?

Hell, one of the reasons that the main character of Pokemon is silent is so the player can put themselves in his shoes.

That stops fairly quickly though, lol.
Honestly there's more impalements and things getting sliced in half than I remember in previous "serious" arcs.

    Twilight: The RPG

    Oh, the horror!

Yeah, I know what you mean. It feels like the creator's taking her audience more seriously and knows how to feed the fans. He also stays consistant and about chracters and stories, unlike another creator of a certain series...

How many authors don't develop the main character at all and then give one character enough description that you could make a drinking game out of it?

Not once have I ever related to a ten year old that killed a Raticate on a boat and then stole away its trainer's promise to it to become the league champion within a few hours of it being fulfilled right before stealing away his grandpa's love for him. Oh, and the rival is an orphan.

A lot. o: To make it easier for readers to relate to the main character, especially in first-person or third-person limited, main characters are often left rather generic.

Look at Harry Potter. He himself really isn't that interesting of a character alone--he's got a good sense of good and evil and is brave. Without Voldemort, Ron, Hermione, Dumbledore--all very interesting characters--he'd be a nobody.

I love the serious debate next to the casual talk of R+V and then the jokes.

Just goes on to prove the point. Most main characters fit the main character archetype.
