That's what over half of the workers at Hudson Entertainment's mobile division have heard according to the quoted article from NextGeneration.
That must be quite a lot of people looking for new jobs. I don't know who to feel sorry for. The unemployed or the jobs looking for new applicants. lol
That's terrible, especially on the lead up to Christmas. No Christmas bonuses for them. Does anyone know roughly how many people lost their jobs? (Just curious)
The article didn't say how many and it's disappeared into the bowels of Kotaku. I'll post it as soon as I can find the number.
That really sucks. Of course, they were probably laid off any way because they were not going to be affording the Christmas bonus so it makes sense why they were let go before the holidays was done. It is bad form though by the business but it's not the only one that does that and cheats people out of things. =:/ However, maybe now until they can find jobs they can suck off some unemployment which also hurts the company. Cheap revenge but at least it might let some of these people make it through the holidays and let them have a couple few months to find something else.
This is such spam. Can't you add something to the conversation instead of that? What does that mean? Are you happy? sad? Think it's funny? or just posting for another post towards Premium? kitty edit: Spamming will result in deletion. :3
*ignoring dubmario* i think its terrible by the fact that so many people got fired (as i dont like the term laid) just before christmas, it would be easier if t was after, now people are looking for jobs and kids may not get presents
