Happily Ever or Never after?

Shadow stood behind Grimm, watching her with glaring eyes. "Hello little pest." she sneered.

 

"Takes one to know one." Grimm replied, turning to face Shadow. "What's up with you, HELPING these pathetic goody-two shoes. Isn't it more fun and amusing to see them bad?"

 

"That is not your place to say. The stories have been the same for generations, I am just as old, and know that everyone who has tried to change them, will fail. I will not allow it. There are rules." Shadow growled slightly, sneering at Grimm.

 

"Not even a part of you thinks that they're piss boring?" Grimm asked.

 

"I rather enjoy the stories. I do not have a say in the matter, it is the children whom have the stories read to them every night." Shadow glared hard at Grimm.

 

"Not EVERY child loves them." Grimm glared back. "Everything is so.... so CLEAN.... It's disgusting!"

 

"If you don't like it, write your own stories to lull the children with nightmares." Shadow glared again. "Just stay out of these stories."

 

"Writing is for pansies. I prefer mucking others up. MUCH more fun!" Grimm laughed.

 

"... You need to get OUT of here. Dear Belle needs to continue her story." Shadow growled, some shadows wriggling around her.

 

"Fine then." Grimm jumped up, disappearing. Coming out of the book, she landed in her lair and picked up Beauty and the Beast. She started to laugh.

 

Shadow looked around, the area grew darker, more twisted. She bit her lip, she was going to go around and creating good to heal the story.

 

Grimm opened the book and flicked through it. Stopping at when Beast's Castle came into existence, she took the page and ripped it out.

Suddenly a massive earthquake appeared all around in the story.

 

Shadow noticed the story becoming more twisted and destroyed, to which she was forced to exit it and take refuge in another story.

 

Grimm laughed as the castle disappeared from the story. "It'll be taken over soon."

 

Shadow retreated from the story, going to warn the Little Mermaid's inhabitants.

 

Grimm threw the book over her shoulder and sat down on a chair, smirking. "Shadow can't overpower me. No one can!"

 

Shadow was in the ocean of the Little Mermaid, going to the underwater castle to warn anyone possible.

 

"Hello again." Ariel giggled, seeing Shadow swimming along.

 

Shadow noticed Ariel, thankful nothing happened yet. "Ariel! Grimm is ruining the stories, she's destroying the worlds everyone lives in! Warn everyone!"

 

"Hmmm? What'd you mean? Those Grims haven't been here in ages." Ariel replied.
