Halo Books

Well who else here has read the Halo books besides me well just so peopel know these books are actually about other things that happen that arent showd in the games like in halo 2 there are actually three other spartans fighting on earth well for any halo fans who have read the books come discuss them here and for peopel who havent even heard of these books well its time to learn something new so heres a list of the books so far.these are in order of release.

Halo: The Fall of Reach
Halo: The Flood
Halo: First Strike
Halo: Ghosts of Onyx
Halo: Contact Harvest
Halo: The Cole Protocol

 

I read every one except Contact Harvest. All excellent, in my opinion. I think they add a good deal of depth to the Halo universe.

 

really i heard the second one wasnt good because of the way the author wrote it

 

Really? Well, it's been awhile since I read it, so I can't really say, but I don't recall it being bad.

 

I have seen one b4 then told my mom to go buy me it for my b-day she forgot to then i went back and couldnt find it! DX

I unfortunately never had the chance to read any of them but since it's Summer I should have a chance :D

 

you should like Ghosts of Onyx that one is my favorite

 

I've started one but...then I decided I'd rather just play the game some more and I never finished it. ^^;; . While reading it though, it was very well written.

hey guys theyve released the info on the sixth book comeing out this fall its going to be called
Halo: The Cole Protocol

 

I have read Fall of Reach and First Strike. They are fantastically written and Eric Nylund is a beautiful author. I especially love reading about the Spartan II program and how it started. I got Ghosts of Onyx, but I really haven't read it yet.
