Well if you have heard Bungie is coming up with a new expansion pack of some sort. The story is based upon a an ODST, (an Orbital Drop Shock Trooper) who entered orbit just after the slipspace rupture on New Mombasa (that event, you recall, took place as Regret left the planet – and in Halo 2, you followed him as the Chief). Now, players will learn more about what happened on New Mombasa during some of the events of Halo 2. What Bungie has said so far: The Recon campaign will include a complete set of unique achievements and a full bounty of 1000 gamerscore to obtain. Halo 3: Recon is a standalone, disc-based campaign expansion to Halo 3. It will be available at fine retailers around the globe in Fall of 2009. The multiplayer maps included with the retail package are straight up Halo 3 multiplayer maps. The ODST and other components that make up the Recon campaign are in a separate bucket and not crossing over into the competitive multiplayer realm. Think of it as two games in one. Bungie is a great developer. They are very talented and make great games. This is just an expansion. No new gameplay, no new weapons (except for maybe one), and a few more maps. Bungie says there will be a more 'sneaky' combat system, due to the fact you're not playing as the Master Chief. Doubtful. Hopefully Bungie can escape the typecast as the 'Halo' company.
Well worth however much for true fans And yes it will be nearly impossible to get as high of respected game like Halo, without having to try hard
i heard about this from my friend. Bungie makes awesome games and i hope this is another one of them. yays!
