Halloween

Is anyone besides me going to see this? i love micheal myers films. i watched my 1st one when i was 5 and i had nightmares for weeks lol

better. micheal is a f**ken brute lol. after all that crap they did to him he just constantely gets back up

 

I already saw it.

Instead of a horror movie it was more of a comedy movie.

Dude, the kid's face was so messed up, and by what, a tree branch?

 

I saw it last weekend and I thought it was a good remake. I especially loved the Michael backstory. Though, I kept saying that Laurie needed to keep her mouth shut durning the sences where she was hiding.

Wonder why they would release it during August.

 

It's probably because they don't want to release it in October with the what is it? Like 5 horror movies coming out that month? Scheduling is an important thing in movie business. You don't want to schedule a movie like...a week before or after a really hyped up movie is coming out. They probably didn't want it to compete with Saw IV I guess :\

ex. Shrek 3 came out, one or two weeks later it got pwned by Spiderman3 in sales. It would have done alot better if it was released on a different date.

btw, I have yet to see it, but I plan to go sometime.

when the boy was walking home from school ( the kid that bullied micheal in the bathroom ) micheal hit him with the tree branch and beat the sh*t out of him

Well, I didn't watch it, but my sister told me about it, and I have to say that the story seems to suck. I mean, it was just too...straightforward and simple, in my point of view, so I wouldn't really advise anyone to see it. Unless you just like the gore and stuff, then go ahead...but I always like movies with a nice plot, not just action.

 

I saw it last night. It was a little on the short side but still very intense.

Did anyone else think that Michael's younger character looked like a girl at first?

i have the directors cut on dvd ( i have my sources lol ) and it shows everyone die differently including micheal
