Halloween Costume help

    I need some help for my halloween costume. What I plan to make is an outfit like the one that the guy on the left is wearing (purple with a white collar):

    Maybe some type of thick scarf, and just wrap it around, and pin it to the shirt underneath the scarf, if you can't manage that, take a lot of something white, white gauze or something, and just bunch it all up together, or something.
