Hakumei [Twilight]

Sessamaru smirked. This was basic. With an instantaneous movement, he spun around in 720 degrees, appearing as if he hadn't moved at all. Then, a powerful vacuum began sucking in all the air, cancelling out the windblades. "Training Rule Number Two, never try to outsmart the master. It's just not going to happen." He mocked playfully, the sakabatou's tip was pointing at the ground. "This One's eyes can see the wind... These eyes... Omnis..." He whispered, memories of his past haunting him once more.

 

The sinister vision in his eyes quickly left. As he said worriedly "You okay Sensei?" He stayed his distance though thinking that it might be a training trap.

 

"Yes, This One is alright..." He replied, placing his sakabatou back into its scabbard, his hand still upon the hilt. Sessamaru crouched. "Pick up the stick... And... Don't worry about your powers yet, for you need to train with melee weapons first... Training Rule Number Three." Sessamaru explained, his eyes still dim. The Omnis... The All-Seeing Eyes...

 

Kyoshi looked a little dissapointed "I won't have this for long right?" He picked up the stick kinda bored of it. "Can you teach me that I technique and what about that shadow step thingy!! I wanna learn those too!" He looked at Sessamaru a spark of excitement back in his eye.

 

"You're not ready for those... You want a sword? Hand Him that stick, if you please..." He said with a small smile. His hand was extended outwards.

 

Kyoshi almost looked around before he realized that his Sensei was Him. "Ok." He handed him the stick and awaited for something amazing to happen.

 

Sessamaru whispered a quick rune, transmuting the stick into a sword. The edges were dull, meant for training, but it would do. He tossed the blade back at Kyoshi. "This One is of the supernatural... That He is..." Sessamaru spoke, reminding them that he is not like them or any other species. He was the last of his kind... Ever since the Incident.

 

She watched them practice, feeling in complete awe, and being quite embarrassed for that. She had never done more then light a few candles at home with her powers. She was too afraid she’d lose control, again. She remembered the first time she ever lost it. It was because of school. Stupid school. The kids were so cruel and she was so naive at the time! She had been convinced to go over to one of the ‘popular’ kids houses. She hadn’t wanted to go, but they had manipulated her into thinking it would make her just as cool. She had longed desperately for attention and popularity, since she had received very little at home. They used it against her. It had been someone else’s house. They had left her there to take the blame for things she wouldn’t have thought of doing.
She had run away, from everything. It was days later that she found herself in a forest, away from the town, and she lost control and burnt half of the place down. She never got caught, but that wasn’t much to celebrate.
Aria shuffled a bit in her stance, snapping subconsciously and igniting a bit of flame. This was habitual. Her hair falling into her eyes, she pulled her knees closer, comfortable enveloped within her own heat. She waited, sleepily until her time to train came.

she looked at Aria and walked up to her

"hey, we'll be allright, i dont really know whats going on, but it will work out im sure" she noticed that Aria was looking down

"i dont know how to fight either Aria" she said as she moved her face to look at them both training

"i dont even think theve got the right person, i dont have any powers" she said trying to cheer Aria up

OOC: Basically, Sessamaru it training Kyoshi and Aria/Celest are watching =3.

BIC: Aria looked at Celest quietly. She sighed slightly and smiled a bit. "I think he'll help you."

 

Kyoshi was swinging the blade around exclaim how awesome Sessamaru was. Until he noticed Aria being surrounded in her rown flames. Walking to her he reached out a hand to touch the flames. "Is it real? How are you surviving it?"

 

Aria looked up at him, flames dissolving quickly. "Yeah, it's real...And how I survive--I--uh...I dont know..." She stammered, awkwardly. She hadn't ever spoken about it opening. She never questioned it. It was just something inside. When she focused, it clicked. "The heat never burns me, really. It feels like hot wind almost." She attempted to explain.

 

"Hot wind....never tried to change the temperature of the wind...I've gotta try that sometime!" Kyoshi bowed and smiled "Thanks for the idea." Deciding on a idea since he had no sheath he tossed the sword in the air beside his head and just kept it there. "Now I'll be able to use wind longer and keep my blade nearby. Perfect."

 

Aria smiled. "I'm glad I could help."
She watched him toss the sword in the air and keep it in place. She perked an eyebrow. "Does that use any energy?" She asked.

 

Kyoshi nodded "Of course. It's like if you kept a small flame in your palm. Besides if I get to tired I'll just hold it." He grinned "It'll build my stamina." He sat down in front of her the sword still a float.

 

Aria moved a hand above the sword and motioned slightly. A oval of fire enveloped, grinding motionless on the border of wind. She smiled a little, and stopped, glancing at Kyoshi. "Maybe Sessamaru-Sensei will teach us co-op attacks. I think it'd be fun."

 

"That be cool. Windy-fire..." He went over possible names for their combined attacks. "I kinda wanna pratice them now." Kyoshi dropped the sword blade down into the grass. "We have plenty room and we'll just stop the power before it hits any tree." He grinned at her pleadingly.

 

She was tempted to agree, but then..."Erm...Well..." Her eyes became a bit distant as she remembered that time in the forest when she lost control. "I dont think it's a good...Idea...I'm not really good at weilding my powers...Something bad may happen."

 

"Key word...may." He said with ease making a gentle breeze part through her hair. "Come on it'll be fun. Sensei will stop it before it gets out of control."
