I have very mixed feelings about this idea, I'm going to be honest, alot of people in the code vault lack the ability to get there head around codeing, and the rest once they learn how hard it is become lazy and don't go the distance.
Codemasters project has tons of guides and such to get a person started on codeing, if they were really dedicated and were smart enough to try it they should be able to follow the guides and ask questions on the forums without a problem.
If there was this 'guide' section in code vault, id like it to pretty much cover the basics of codeing just to people can sort of understand how the codes work and so we don't get such simple requests like putting UCM digits at the end of a code.

I would like the idea if it was more about messing around with kingdom hearts in general. Not like deeply, more showing guys how to do simple stuff like making your own ucm codes or explaining and showing examples of how some more complex codes work (like eg changing flag data between worlds in the kh1 room mod.) and how you can make your own.

All in all im weary about the idea and would only like it if we already have some guides/tutorials lined up.

Not really cause there will be noobs spaming out the one thread plus every game is different so say if someone knew how to hack kh1 but didnt know how to hack devil may cry they are 2 different games so there are different ways to hack a game.
Like if you look in a kh1 dump and a kh2 dump they will be somewhat simmilar but not entirely if you look in a re:com dump the simmilarity just vanished.
Hence why kh re:com doesnt have alot of codes
    1. its mostly dma
    2. its way different then kh1 and 2
    3. its not always the best choice to hack
Anyways my point is that every game is different and every game is hard in its own level.
What i have learned by trying to hack kh1 kh2 and re:com and dbz bt3 is that dbz bt3 is harder in a way higher level then any kh game to me so far.
So one thread wont be good enough.

I see no problem with doing the guides. Not sure why it causes mixed feelings if someone wants to do it and we can have something where people do not have to go to another site to see. If they are done they are, if not.. moving on.

I'm going to close this since well pretty much the debate is over with just lingering thoughts on will they get done or won't they and if so, do people care or not. In the end, it's up to you guys what happens as the staff can't really say 'do them' or 'don't do them'. If they are done up and the links are saved, as said prior, that can be stickied so that people can use the one thread as a guide to look at the others.
