Habits you recently stopped?

Braces cured me of nail bitin'. xD

I have a habit of movin', as strange as it may sound. Like, if i try to stand still i'll fidget with like my bag or dance on the spot - as my co-workers would gladly point out. I cannot remain still for very long.

I also have a habit of chewin' thin's. Like, chewin' gum, pens, bottle lids...i used to chew my lips but i stopped that.

 

I used to chew pens when I was younger, but I've stopped since then because that literally backfired on me...

Now, I have a horrible lip chewing/picking problem, especially if my lips get chapped, or I'm feeling nervous I just nibble at 'em. And it's so bad for 'em too...I bet I wouldn't get so many cold sores if I stopped.

I'm working on stopping my habit of taling to myself, but that will be harder to de because that's how I organize my plans and must-dos for the day.

It used to be this thing that I would do when I was nervous or just bored and sitting around like in school, plus, it gets annoying to play guitar with chipped nails.
I dunno how I did it, but I just stopped.

 

i have been trying to stop talking to myself lately...but it is impossible, in my geomery class i have the best girl in my school sit next to me, and we will have either silent conversations with each other or we will do sign language, or we even did cherades when we were supposed to be learing about proofs and functions...

 

Omg, I do that too. It annoys my family to death, and I don't even realize I'm doing it most of the time :/ I'm trying to stop, but since I don't know I'm doing it, it's hard...

But my aunt does it too, so I just say I got it from her lol.

 

haha...my mom and sister does that, and it drives me insane...because hey will either be at the table or hiting hem agains somehing and will make me mad...

 

I'm trying to stop swearing so much. It's kind of hard.
