I Have heard alot about both of these games and I would Like to know which do you think is better and why. I like them both and I can not decide which is better.
Firstly, this belongs in the General Game Chat section. But also that the games are good in their own respects, Rock Band is something that you would do with friends and really its not a solo kind of game. So if you have 3 friends and 170 bucks, plus a XBL or PSN account go ahead and compete. But Guitar Hero is like a solo thing that I would prefer over Rock Band cause from what I have heard Rock band is only fun with people while competeing online against other bands.
Rock Band's full potenial is there when you have other to play with, it's truly a multiplayer game. While Guitar Hero is generally more single player, though it's the same market, I would say it is also in a different market at the same time if you know what I mean. Rock Band will be superior if you others you can play it with often. The game itself is ambitious but I think it's a bit ahead of it's time. Unless you can play co-op online with others instead of having to be in the same room it would work perfectly, but people are yet at a stage where you will play a multiplayer game together alot of the time, just occasionally, and if you play the game occasionally is it worth $160?
my friend just got Rock Band, and he invited me over to play it and it was funnnn. Id much rather play it than Guitar Hero...mainly because GH frustrates me so bad.
1) Rock Band has four players max (lead, bass, drums, vocals) 2) I'm kinda wondering how you could think you have a 170 USD game (I'm mean, how could you forgot it).
Ok here goes my opion on both games Rock band: Rack band is a great game if you and some friends always wanted to be in a band but didnt have the talent to. This is also a fun game to watch your friends sux at. I mean my friend has it and he suxs at singing and he the vocals. It was so funny. But I think if they lower the price on it alot more people would but it Guitar Hero: Guitar Hero is a fun game to play on single player. The songs are fun but some are really difficult. If you play the guitar in real life you should rock at it. But Guitar Hero will not last you a long time. My bother and his friend but it in 3 hours. So it wont really take you that long to beat it. Over all: Both games are really fun it just depends on if you want to play it by yourself or with a lot of friends. And it depends if you want to just play guitar of everything
