    My schools would charge at least $100 for a single ticket.

    It wasn't the main reason why I actively didn't care for prom in high school, but it helped.

    I believe my school charged about $30, if I remember correctly, or $50 if you signed up as a couple.
    I went with friends so of course I paid the $30.

    My girlfriend's prom tickets were $75 solo, $120 couple.

    Da fuck they even charging that much for? Surely not the shite DJ's.

    WOO! Congratulations Tale : D I really hope you have a great time ^^

    Mine was about £20 ($33.70) and we had money to burn when planning it so I don't understand how they can charge so much. My sixth form prom was much classier and much better and included a meal but was still only £30 ($50.54).
