    First i asked the libraian if there was an anime club. When there wasn't, she liked the idea of the club, so she went to the higher ups. one thing you need is a teacher/sponcer with school clubs. After it was approved, we bought some more manga. Then we set everything up, and choose the dates.

    we already had a lot, but some were missing and we bought more. when i said we were getting "Chibi Vampire", you should've heard them yell in excitement.
