    It means a person who can't sit a horse !!
    I learned this from a Sub-Teacher who is a Old Western Guy , when one of my classmates said it and the Sub was insulted, it was actully pretty funny when the teacher yelled at the boy who said it.:)

    Thats what I heard it meant. A elephants hair on its backside.
    I heard from my French teacher because at the end of my powerpoint(slideshow) I said Thats all Dudes! In bold text. And then she said, "Do you know what a dude is?" And told us.
