~Guardians~ OOC Thread!

Story~
In the beginning, ordinary people like you and I lived happy lives on Earth. They had families, friends and pets, and everything seemed as if everything would be like that forever.

Of course, that was wrong. Evil crept along, born of envy, hate and jealousy. Evil came and targeted People, often killing them. They needed help, and for a long time, there was none.

Then came the Guardian. Formed of Light and nature, Guardians protected Earthlings like angels in disguise. Living in another realm of Zarina, joy was never ending, and Death was a passage into another life. Evil was squashed to a pulp, and it looked like everything was going to end peacefully.

Then came Deyanira.

A Guardian gone evil, Deyanira pursues her goal on becoming the Empress of the Universe. Her powers swiftly spread over her home Realm, almost knocking out every Guardian.

Now all that's left of them are a mere three hundred, and anyone knows everyone.

Though hope......hasn't given up on them. The Elder, Lucinda, has predicted that ten young guardians between the ages of Thirteen and Nineteen will defeat Deyanira. Soon.

That's where you come in. You're a guardian, maybe even one of the choosen. When you leave, you have no idea. Who you will be paired with, The Elder decides.

......If you survive.......Only fate will tell.

What happens if we get paired up with someone who leaves the rp or isn't active and doesn't post? It limits a lot how much we can be in the rp if our partner doesn't post.

Also can helpers communicate with other helpers?

 

Good Question.

For the Unactive:
I was thinking that if they don't post within three days of your post, they get killed off. And, you get paired up in a trio if there aren't any Single people left. This seems fair enough to me.

For the People who leave:
Same with the Trio.

And, the second question.

I have been pondering that. I think, that they should be able to communicate with other helpers, just not other Guardians other than their own. *Allora is an exception, because she is part human.*

I'd say leave it a bit longer like a week plus give then warnings both on the thread and on their vms because sometimes I don't respond because I forget to, don't know how to respond or didn't even realise I needed to respond. Killing a character off is hard to come back from so give them some watning first. But I agree something needed to be done so okay. ^^ Also if both people in a paair are inactive you can just leave them.

 

Yeah, sometimes I do that too. So, it'll be a week, a warning on the thread, a warning on the Vm, then if they ignore, *Knifethroat.* Okay, I can remember all that. I guess killing off people without a warning is kind of unfair. ;)

While that is true, I'd say reserve the right to kill someone off if it's repeated offences.
I mean, you can't KEEP on chasing after someone if they constantly don't post unless they are reminded each time.
That is just unprofessional and makes the RP slow.
So yeah, give warnings, but if it seems they only post after repeated warnings, reserve the write to kill. XD
