Lol saw it coming. It'll be up in there as highest week sales for quite awhile. Even though it had the advantage of not being exclusive. Proof third party devs would be stupid to make exclusives. ...Any fanboy who says 'MGS4 will outsell it first week' well I laugh at thee.
MGS4 will outsell everything ever in the first week. But seriously, it's no surprise, multi-platform, the series has always been a big selling game, and with all the hype, adverts and articles about it, I would of been surprised if it didn't.
Finally, the video game world makes some sense again. In my opinion, GTA IV lived up to its hype and more whereas Halo 3 really was just Halo 2 with more Arbiter and new weapons.
Debatable. Halo 3 was Halo 2 with less Arbiter new weapons and a couple new features that made Master Chief into god.
Wow...this gives me another reason to actually but this game...it isn't surprising that a multiplatform game would outsell Halo. I mean...come on. It is GTA IV.
this is actually kind of a suprise to me actually nevermind because of all the platforms GTA has been onit HAD to have more sales
I'm not really surprised that it has done so well. It's a great game and it seems more enjoyable than Halo 3 was. I need to go out and get this.

actually GTA4 is quite repetitive as well but what ur doing is so fun u just dont care, who can argue with guns cars and random violence, i know i cant, i just love this game and its no surprise to me at all it sold so many.
