    it is a filter for GIMP anybody know where i could get it for 2.4.5
    or should i download GIMP 2.5(unstable)

    It comes with GimPhoto..thats the only way I know of getting it.

    Just update your Gimp, then get the newest one you can find.

    the newest one is GIMP 2.5.1, but i checked all over Gimp.org, all i found was realease notes, no downloads
