Do any of you have a government class that is taught by a football coach. That's worse combination you can put in a classroom? Ugh. I hate it sooo much. lol.
It sounds really bad to me, question is though, is he a good teacher? Does he know what hes talking about? If he doesnt, the he is a bad teacher. Coaches need to balance teams and school, just like students. If, they don't the other one fails.
Give some actual reason why this is bad. If the man knows what he's talking about then he should teach, don't be biased because he's a football coach. These people don't coach for a living, most of them are qualified to do other things. My coach used to teach a psychology class and then got promoted to head of discipline while still coaching a winning team and he's also a successful business man.
Well just because he's a coach doesn't mean he wont know what he's talking about (: You haven't said what is so wrong about him, is there a particular reason you don't like him? My old netball coach was also a teacher and she knew her stuff :3
Many, if not all coaches actually take other courses in college for teaching. They get certified to teach and take other subjects than just sports, as that cannot be the only thing one takes at college. I'd be careful to judge him based on him just being a coach.
