Got a PSP and an iPod Touch for Christmas.

    Hacking a psp is just as legal as stabbing the PSP with a pickaxe. Both void your warrenty and are against the EULA. Doesn't change the fact that it's your lump of plastic and metal.

    Installing pirated games on it is illegal. The actual CFW isn't.

    Oh, and the Pandora method won't work if he's got a PSP 3000 or a Go or a certain type of 2000.

    I'm happy to help install the firmware, or at least see if it's possible to.

    3000's and Go's are apparently unhackable ATM... Sony put something in the 3000 so that they can't be hacked and the PSP Go has internal memory so it's heaps harder to hack...
