just becuase of my searching there really isn't a proper page to discuss this amazing band. Anyone else just love them? I've read the biography and watched almost every video and documentary about them, not to mention I own all their Albums.
Well, I liked like one or two songs by them, but most music I have related to them is Lupe Fiasco rapping over their beats =T
They kinda scared me, but I don't believe I ever liked their music...I guess I haven't really given them a chance like many artists, but still...
i totally love them the animator is awesome, especially when he did it for the Summer Olympics Opening, god its still stuck in my head
I like Jamie Hewlett's comic Tank Girl. Very interesting. He's such an inspiring artist. What exactly did he do?
They're freaking awesome. Probably one of the most modern non-sell out group I know :P I was actually planning on going out to buy an album this week.......not a bad idea >.>
One of the best bands, definitely in my top 5 favorites. I love all their songs, and the fact that they're animated makes them even better.
Bumping thread for discussion about Plastic Beach, their newest album. For me I really like it because it's a nice album and the theme flows throughout it well, but it's just not... Gorillaz-y enough for me. Damon needs to sing higher though more, too. :| Thoughts?
Worst album ever. Just kidding. It was a good album, the songs I like the most are Stylo and that Jellyfish one, I forgot what it's exactly called. But to be honest, I think that Demon Days was better. Plastic Beach didn't have the same "feel" as Demon Days.
