good times pokemon

remember when the pokemon cartoon came out?
i went on youtube yesterday to watch the first episode and i never realized how hilarious it was. it's really funny and dramatic and ash's voice is really lame sounding.

things i remember
-squirtle was in a squirtle gang with the black sunglasses
-crying when ash gave away butterfree
-when charmander was under the leaf and those stupid sparrows were attacking him AND HIS FLAME ALMOST WENT OUT!
-when they get stuck on the island and the pokemon are talking to each other and there are subtitles
-when brock left
-WHEN THE FIRST MOVIE CAME OUT, i went psychoooo
-opening a pack and being so freakin excited
-crying when ash turned into stone and pikachu was like "pika pika"
-when pikachu and pikachu's clone were fighting, and pikachu's clone was like crying
-thinking that bulbasaur was the ugliest thing ever =)
-memorizing the pokemon rap
-getting up early just to watch pokemon
-oh and i had a huge crush on ash catchem

what do you guys remember from the first season episodes?

Misty so totally wanted Ash.

 

yeah same here. Now Ash's voice is still lame sounding. Man don't you miss those good days of trying to catch and training the strongest pokemon?

 

my first ever manga I ever owned was Pokemon.

I remember Misty only hanging with Ash temporarly because she wanted her bike back.

also remembered that Brock wasn't originally suppose to follow Ash and Misty around

and I remember Misty having a gyrados as her favorite pokemon.

I also remember Ash crossdressing... xD

 

I remember Ash wanting to catch 'em all.

 

Good times, but nothing gold can ever stay.

 

I remember...like...this one time...there was a guy...and they did some stuff...it was SO awesome...good times, good times...

Seriously though, I remember so much about it. Like...Ash and Gary and Brock never opened his eyes and zomg my fave pokemon was Eevee cause it was tiny yet kicked ***...:D ...and the entire time all I ever thought was..."Jeez, Misty's a terrible role model. Just look at the way she dresses. She cannot be sending a very good message to the girls, or boys of the world. Sometimes I wish that my tiny and incignifigant 6-year old mind wasn't so hypnotized by this crap...oh well. (Goes back into Trance)...gotta...catch'em all..."

(Looks around)

(Runs into other room to see if pokemon is on)

 

Pokemon was awful.

Now Digimon... :D

 

don't even get me started on digimon.

 

Digimon, digital monsters, Digimon are the CHAMPIONS! Chaaange into digital monsters tooo save the digital WORLD!

I still sing the Pokemon theme too and I remember how the cards were banned in school because people were getting beaten up for them, lmao.

 

HAHAHA, they banned the cards at our school too. i told on this one girl who brought a pokemon trading card sticker to school. i was such a brat.

when i was little i thought the digimon song went like
"digimon, digital monsters, digimon garlic champions!"
... xD

 

When I was little me,my sister and my friend use to watch this show alot....I hate it now tho....

 

Omg, the old times....I think I still have the pokemon cards somehwere lost...
Yeah, I remember how I always wanted to see the show. Digimon was good too but I couldn't follow the episodes because I could barely see it during teh week.

 

i love the first season of pokemon!!! it sucked when they were making new episodes

I just got Pokémon Fire Red on GBA, and it is such a blast from the past. It's just like the old Red & Blue, except with better graphics.

I'm such a fanboy, though. I named myself Roxas and my rival Sora, and all the party members are named after Org XIII.

I started out with a Charmander. I named him Axel, naturally.

I caught a Pikachu and named it Larxene, a Caterpie named Marluxia, a Spearow named Xaldin, a Weedle named Xigbar, and a Ratatta named Vexen to even the party out.

Eventually I evolved them to their final forms. Along the way I dropped Xigbar for a Meowth/Persian named Zexion. Vexen got let go for an Eevee/Vaporeon named Demyx, and Xaldin was dumped for an Aerodactyl named Saix.

I'm on Indego Plateau now. All I need to do is level up some more, beat the Elite Four, and take a trip to Cerulean Cave.

Then Marluxia will be getting stored to make way for a Mewtwo named Xemnas.

I am SUCH a geek.

 

OMG haha, Xemnas is mewtwo and Vexen is ratatta. Somehow theyre nearly the only ones iremember in that list(part from pika pika and charmander...)

 

God I loved pokemon when it came to the UK 7 years ago it was a bit hit, I really liked Jeams voice from team rockte till they chaged it and I think if I find one of my old pokemon games I'm start a new and name pokemon as orgy 13...I do that in pokemon dungeon I named pikachu Roxas, Charmander Axel, Zigagoon Xigbar, Asbol Zexion and another one can't remeber what pokemon it is Sai'x...how here once knew all the 1st 150 pokemon I did but then i forgot them...but my fave pokemon...eevee

 

ZOMG i remember pretty much everything U mentioned!!! i used 2 LUV pokemon, but the newer episodes R kinda cheesy.....

 

Bah they were crapppppppppp.
