wait, you can actually violate a method for swiping through a photo gallery? There's a method for swiping through a photo gallery? I feel like my brain popped from this
There's pretty much a thread on this already, Apple being sued. It does mention this, but not everything... and you used a different source. So i suppose it's all good, however i am uncertain. Anyway, my personal opinion is that Apple is really a good and reliable company for technology and effeciency, but they seem to be very touchy on the matter of patents. You really can't patent a way of scrolling through pictures... (well you could, if you were Apple.) I think it is healthy for other companies to try to get their run for the money, but i do not think that they will get anywhere soon. Regardless of being cheap or not.
Wrong; this is more about Gizmodo's reputation than Apple. But it can go either way. The other thread seemed to be about something else entirely, based on Nate's summary. It was about the other side of it.
This. I mean, the options for scrolling through a photo gallery is pretty...limited. Unless you add make the scroll bar go diagonal or whatever, it's pretty much something that is universally used. Overall, I think that this judge should possibly rethink this, but Gizmodo isn't really contributing anything other than a really unprofessional take on this, in my opinion.
