ask her out, if she sayz no, drop it, if yes, then she likes you. simple as that.

 

Wait until you really feel there may be a possibility then just tell her how you feel wait for her response if she says nothing on how she feels about you ask her how she feels. Its all just down to weather she likes you or not. I hope this advice helped...

Be yourself. If she doesn't want to be more than friends then I guess she's missing out. (that or her parents made a rule that she can't date until a certain age...)

 

Well man, if you feel like it could work out then I'd encourage you to try. She sounds like a wonderful girl and I think you two would probably do great together. If you see her sometime just take a deep breath, walk over, and see if she wants to go to a movie or something. If she says yes then you're all set. If she says no, well then maybe you should just stay friends. Either way I support you completely. :D
