Im loving everything about that. The rainbowy splotches add the comic-y coloful feel of the render. The background helps make the render pop out like its coming at you too. I especially like the how the FG effects are there without stealing too much attention. I think the yellow and bright pink could be toned down a little so that it doesnt look too out of place though. Great job though, I know Toots will looove it <3
