    You can't tell me The Rock isn't a brony. He'll introduce the show to the Autobots who become Autobronies and establish a Cybertronian religion based around the show. Spin-off into a Beast War's styled Transformers series: Pony Wars.

    mlp was at its biggest at that time
    they were just playing off of the popularity
    i've never been fortunate enough to go to botcon (though maybe that is fortunate because i wouldn't have enough money to make the experience there worthwhile), but i imagine it wasn't a major part of the event. idk i think its kinda funny for a single cover to an issue. if it was a whole new series or crossover, then i'd have some problems.
