Eh. If ya wanna voice your oppinions on them, chat about them, maybe put down personal experiences, put them right here.

I'm a bit too busy mehself to do anything to serious with the thread, so when I am less busy, then I'll post a few of meh own thoughts n experiences in it

Frankly, I think the idea of ghosts is ridiculous. In my view they don't exist, and unless I see some good solid proof that they do I won't be ghost hunting anytime soon.

They don't exist. It's impossible. I would like to be one, but they don't exist.

I would post not for people's to post on here with those kinds of comments, but then you would just end up posten on here to piss me off anyways. I would rather not argue either, since apparently, even with solid evidence, I doubt you would ever believe in them.

    Not technically true.

I have a lot of ghost stories myself and I'll give you proof OWS.
My mom had just cleaned my room one night about some 2-4 years ago and when I woke up the next morning clothes and toys were strewn about my floor.

And some years later or before, cause I don't remember how old I was during any of these stories, I was going to sleep and I woke up about 3 in the morning and i saw these white pale figures laughing and talking. I went straight back to bed, nothing said or done.

And I also hear different voices at night whispering things I can't hear.
But once I heard this one part of a sentence in a female voice, "But what about...," and that's it.

    Pretty believable to me.
And my dog starts whimpering uncontrollably when she goes into the attic.
And I've also heard footsteps up there before.

I have seen threads like this so many times that I am surprised there isn;t a fanclub for people who believe in the paranormal xD

I do believe in ghosts, I have had things happen several times.

I think there are too many happenings that have occured for there not to be at least some element of truth in the matter.

There is no solid proof that they don't exist, just the same as no solid proof they do exist, it's all down to personal beliefs and opinion.

Yeah, I believe in ghosts. You know how human beings have that sort of static electicity around them? That thing that makes a radio work better when you get near it or that makes your amp do that annoyingly loud whirring noise when you touch the input cable. I think ghosts are like a residue of that static field.

But, you know what? At this point, I think this is all just the ramblings of someone who's in denial of how insignificant reality really is. <=\

My nan still hangs around in my granddad's house (She's been dead for 11 years), she's always got her own special way of saying hi; she'll probably bang on the ceiling or open a door slightly...
My cousin won't go anywhere near the house xD

One of my friends had a ghostly experience,
He had a dream about his granddad helping him move the TV in his bedroom, and when he woke up the TV was on the floor. When he went to school that morning, he was crying his eyes out.

My friend was playing frisbee with me like a year ago, and I threw it past her, and it landed on my driveway.
The side started coming up like someone was picking it up and dropping it.
I ran towards it and stomped on it, and heard a little squeal of pain.
She and I just ran into my house, no questions asked.
To this day, we don't play frisbee.

CTR, there are certain things that really are solid proof, and people still won't pay attention.

I visited an old museum one time at like 2 in the morning (purposly of course) since my dads friend told us about how people complain about seeing ghosts there.
Basicly, you know those camera veiws refered to as emboss? It isn't negative, and it isn't thermal, but it is very simulure.

I turned the thing on, and I was able to see at least 3 orbs (I never really believed in them until I actually saw them on the camera since, I mean, ****, they were really just sorta flyen around, n then gone. They shrink and then just dissapear. hard to say), n then I actually thought I might be able to communicate, or at least kick up some activity, so I started sayen a few things, and I was able to get a bit of a figure on the emboss camera. It was hard to make out, but it was definatly a figure in there. I made sure that my dad was using his camera too, and he was able to see the exsact same stuff.

Trust me though CTR. no matter how much proof you give, a non-believer will never believe unless they actually have an experience themselves

I do believe in Ghosts because I have had personal experiences with them. My grandparents both passed away in their home. My grandma died in the back bedroom and I was walking down the hall one day, her bedroom door opened all the way and then slammed shut. I won't go anywhere near that house anymore.

Wow... you saw orbs on your camera? That reminds me of last halloween...

Gees it was creepy. Our band teacher told us that if you take pictures with flash in certain haunted areas, you'll see little white orbs. So after we went trick or treating, we went to an old abandoned high school that's in our community, and decided to take pictures there. We heard rumors and stories that the place was haunted, so I was a little scared.

As the minutes went on, and people were getting white orbs in their picture, somebody brought out a video camera and started to film us. I looked on the screen of the recorder and then something suddenly flew across the screen. The guy followed the movement with his camera, but then it disappeared...

It was creepy to me... *shivers*

    Wow, that sounds pretty cool.

It is better to use all different kinds of screens, so that way you can confirm it. You know, like a normal camera, one that uses emboss, and a thermal one. Trust me, I've done this kind of stuff b4. Call it a hobby :p

I believe in ghosts. There's a place around where I live called Turnbull Canyon. In that area there is a house that has been vacated for like 30 years. It's ubber spooky and sometimes if you go at night you can see weird things.

I may not believe it, but haunted buildings I believe in somewhat. If you know, Alcatrez is a haunted jail prison.

    Sometimes, they still won't.
I have a friend in Florida that just REFUSES to believe, although we had most of our ghostly experiences together.
When she still lived in my state, we were ghost hunting once, and we kept feeling pushes on our backs and sides like someone was pushing us over.
It was kinda funny, because she just kept falling over.
She finally screamed out, "STOP IT, WHOEVER THAT IS!!!"
    But she still didn't believe...

I believe in ghosts (among other things), but from what I can remember, I haven't had an experience with them. My brother has though, quite a few times.

If it is your grandparents, why stay away? Chances are they want your attention. Go with a friend. After all, what could go wrong?
