Well, thanks for the comments Shadowjak. :( I know you didn't like it but you really could have said it in a nicer way. I get your feel for the idea though, so I guess some good came from it.

I'm not really upset that so many people do not think this is a good idea.

Oh, and that was pretty random.

I think it's not that great of an idea. I think what would be better is to perhaps include a section in the User CP area where people might be able to write a little bit about themselves instead, were that an option, so that if people are interested in knowing some things about that person, there it is, along with their other information. Having a thread for it seems a waste and people might just be encouraged to flame etc so I'm not really seeing a positive to it.

    Now THAT I agree with.
The biography space barely gives you more than one line to write =/

Yeah, but this already somewhat exists if people want to do it in the 'Introduce Yourself' area if people wanted to do that. I think if people wanted to do it when they introduce themselves, that would also work out but why a whole thread on describing yourself other than that? I just don't see it as required and I think it might upset people to get flamed.

Not really needed, introduction thread is a plaec to introduce yourself and MSN is a great thing after that. So no.
