I just saw the Japanese TV spot on gametraliers and platinum looks awesome.

 

holy cow! my step dad obtained all 493 pokemon on his pokedex!!

XD. I recieved a 8th Movie celebration Shamin, A shiny lv. 40 Entei, a Shiny Lv 100 Ho-oh, a shiny Lv 100 Tyranitar, and a shiny Lv 70 Groudon in the last week. lol.

 

How did you manage to get all those? XD

 

I still have the original Silver. I haven't played it in a while, maybe i should go back and play it some more. Aw, the memories

 

Four shinies were in a give away. The Shamin was a favor. I kknow, it's pretty sweet. And I'm lucky.

Xaale give me my shiny Meditite and my Earthquake and Swords Dance TMs already. Whyd you steal Meditite in the first place though?

Oh yeah, my team had a makeover after i accesed the GTS.

Garchomp, ml lv 60 (wish Xaale would give me TMs >:C)

Weavile ml lv 64 (he still hasnt been kicked off, only member of my origanal team left. Knows Ice Punch)

Milotic and Leafeon fml lv 64 (i have gotten over my pokemon sexism)

Metagross no gender (wtf) lv 64 and strongest thing on my party

Aeorodactyl ml lv 58 (i forget who told me thay had awsome speed stats, and with the aid of my pokerus, it grows faster than u can say "supercadgulfragileistikexpealadocious")

Anyone want a pokerus?

Charizard (Axel) - Lvl 65 and has the disease thingy (everything on meh parteh does)

Suicune (Demyx) - Lvl 61

Dragon Dance Pupitar (Bangirasu, soon to be Yogarisu 'cause Bangirasu isn't sexy) lvl- 42, in training

Mewtwo (Saix) - lvl 71

Luxray (Larxene) - lvl 57 and soon to be replaced by and Electivire.

And I'm gonna get a Blissey or an Umbreon off the GTS. One of 'em will be on my team.​

 

If u get a baton pass blissey u can pass on bulky substitutes.

When u Baton pass, u pass on stat changes and substitutes, but the substitute has the hp of its original user (in this case Blissey)

 

I really like Pokemon LeafGreen. Just being able to explore the same land as the original games but with better graphics xD​

 

the down side is the fact is that there are no dark types. (they are my favorate type).

In honor of that, im making a dark type team.

Weavile (the one from my main team)

I have a Nuzleaf, and im going to make a special sweeping Shiftry. I caught a female Nuzleaf and can give Nasty Plot to my Weavile.
Although, Shiftry learn Nasty Plot through level up.)

Im going to have an Umbreon with Wish. U need a male Togetic and a female Skitty and Eevee. Teach Togetic wish, breed with skitty till u get a male wish skitty, breed with female eevee.

I has a Night Slash Skorupi, to be a Drapion.

I have a Houndoom. will be a special sweeper.

I have a Gligar, and it covers the two weaknesses of dark types (fighting and bug) with aerial ace. Gliscor looks like a dark type anyway, and it can learn Night Slash.

 

Can anyone sugest me some Pokemons for me to catch?
My team right now is just a Charizard(Non-Shiny,good IV,level 38),a Aerodactyl(Level 1,Shiny,just hatched from a egg,average IV) and a Lucario(Shiny,level 58,average IV).
So,which pokemons do you recomend?
And don't say any legendaries,i'm trying to make a team without them.

Well the forms of the "mystery pokemon" are out. As many expected, it was indeed Rotom.

There are five new forms, all ghost types mixing in a difrent type.

Frost Form: Its a fridge....
This is curently the one thats name is on Serebii. Its an ice type.

Cut Form: A possed lawnmower taken straght from our nightmares.

This one is a grass type.

??? Form: This one looks like a washing machine, and is aparently a water type.

??? Form: A fan, and also a flying type. learns Air Slash.

??? Form: Its a microwave. Other than ouring harmfull radiation onto your foes, it can use fire type attacks like overheat. classic fire type.

Also, there are two other new forms: Shaymin and Giratina.

Shaymin's Skye Forme: Shaymin picks up a grass type and the Serene Grace ability, which pairs nicely with its signature Seed Flare (with a now boosted special deffense side effect).

Shaymin picks up an offensive bosst when in Skye Forme.

Giratina's Origin Form: The Giratina form from the movie and trailers, Giratina gains the useful Levitate ability when in this form. It also becomes more offense based than in Diamond and Pearl.

Also the gyms are revamped

Oarbourge: Same

Eterna: Gardenia has done some rearranging since last time!

te gym has blades on the floor that u can walk on. Every time u beat a trainer, the blades move. Every trainer still needs to be defeated.

Gardenia has a Cherrim this time around.

Hearthome: Fantina's math based gym has an apropreit remake.

The gym is dark, and u use a flash light to see in the dark

She dropped her Gengar and Drifblim for a Duskull and a Haunter (idiot).

Veilstone City: punching bags line the gym!

You have to punch them to break obstacles in the gym.

Malene's team is at a higher level now.

Pastoria: Crasher Wake is now the fifth gym leader, the gym may have a remake, and his team is at a higher level.

Cannalave: Also rumored to have a remake...
Byron uses Magneton instead of Brinzor, which could prove troublesome.

Snowpoint: no gym revamp, although she dropped Medicham and something fo Piloswine and Frosslass.

Volkner: No gym revamp.

He dropped Octillery and Ambipom for Jolteon and Electivire.
He also tag battles you at the Battle Frontier with Flint.

Elite Four: Aaron, uses Scizor and Yanmega now. lower level than in Pearl.

Bertha: uses Gliscor and Rhyperior.
lower leveled.

Flint: uses Flareon and Magmortar.
lower leveled

Lucian: Gallade and Espeon are Lucian's new calling cards
lower leveled.

Cynthia: traded her Gastrodon for a Togekiss.
lower leveled.

And, its the return of the Battle Frontier, along with several minigames and competitions. Although I am carmaping up and u can research that yourself.

 

So I have a Shiny Japanese Lvl 100 Salamence, any offers?

Id like to get a legit Deoxys but i'm open for anything good :P

I have a question,after Platinum is released in US,and a event that gives you the Oak's letter to go to Flower Paradise happen,will the Shaymin there be with the Glacidia Flower?

 

No, you have to get the Shaymin that they give away at the 11th movie. You find the flower at some point in the game, and it only works on the movie Shaymin.
