Geez, this is so stupid....

Two other friends and me are Admins on my site, and I have another friend that wants to be an Admin, but he is a Mod. Well, one of the Admins and the Mod argue constantly about how the Admin breaks the rules a lot when he doesn't really do it, and so the Mod goes and makes his own site and says he's going to quit, because he doesn't thing that we'll ever get 100 members (because I told him I'd upgrade him to Admin when we get 100 Members) and so he says he's going to quit and says all this stuff about the Admin that supposedly breaks the rules all the time so the Admin quits, and the other Admin says lets upgrade the Mod.

This is so stupid. I saw this situation coming from a mile away. What do you have to say about the situation?

That mod is very impatient. You're probably best to let him go if he doesn't have confidence in your site.

Yeah, but he's one of my best friends. I don't know, I threatened to make down-grade him back to a member if he kept complaining and what not....

 

I wouldn't say he's a very good friend if he's so unreasonable like that. :\

But you can't have a person who is suppose to be a leader and someone who the lower members look up to , act like that , he's setting a bad example for the newer members .

 

If i was you, i would personally get rid of the bad admin. He is meant to be setting an example by following the rules himself. Perhaps it's not Axel that's the problem but rather this other admin.

Well, the Admin. is kinda rude, but he's not as bad as the Mod says he is. The last time he double posted was his second day of being on the forum.

Good thing I go to school with both the Admin. and Mod. I can actually talk to them about the situation.

 

Don't make your own forums, not that hard.

 

I have this going on right now (kind of). He'll come back, just don't join his forum but check it constantly to see how many members it has.
