Oh my. There is so much activity, and it just looks like a body is floating in it, I like it. You need alittle more flow to it, but then my eyes are very weird.-_-'
It's not all that bad, Cin. The only problem I have with it is that there is just way too much going on, and random effects. Your effects cover up the stock so it's a little hard to identify what it is. There isn't much flow, either, but honestly, I don't think you were aiming for that.

Cin: When in doubt, add negative space xD It's not too bad, but to make it better, I suggest adding depth. I say focus more on the right side, make this tag simpler by blurring some stuff on the left, and add some color around your stock, to bring it out. The effects are really random, and your comp needs some work. One weird thing about this tag is that you brightened the effects, and not the stock. You don't see people doing that much lol. The text needs taken out, IMO. It is just sitting there, on top of everyhting, and it's black, which doesn't go well here. Add a clip mask and add a drop shadow if you are going to have it float. Needs alot of work, but good job in any case.
Since I'm not good as remembering all the techniques in PS CS3 or GIMP as /D/J/_!DaNgEr_*MOU5E*, I'll say this. Way too many random things going on. I can't focus on the stock much...but, I like it. One reason is because it's a hell alot better than what my sigs are.
