Known for their work on the Legend of Zelda timeline, Gametrailers has also confirmed to doing a Kingdom Hearts timeline. Teased back in February with a release date announced earlier this month, GameTrailers will chronicle the last 7 games of the series in to an easy to understand video. This will be their second video in the timeline series, and will hopefully shed some light onto those who are a bit behind on the world of Kingdom Hearts!

I definitely can't wait for this. It'll be nice to take in all of the series in one video.
Looking forward to seeing it posted on here! :D

Really excited to see this! It's looking fantastic. I just hope they keep all their facts accurate and easy-to-understand for the newcomers :)

I'll be awaiting the release tomorrow, popcorn in hand.

Well if they can explain the big ball of wibbly wobbly timey-winey curveball 3D threw I'll consider it a good video.

What's so hard to understand the KH timeline? It's not like the Legend of Zelda timeline, which is still confusing after all this time. The KH timeline is simple.

Birth by Sleep - Kingdom Hearts - Re:Chain of Memories - 358/2 Days - Kingdom Hearts II - Re:Coded - Dream Drop Distance

Any new games we get will most likely take place after DDD...unless we get a game with Riku as the main character, then that game might take place between CoM and Days.

Although the timeline is pretty obvious, I'm eager to just hear more about the story that I may have missed...though I'll just stop the video before Dream Drop Distance, since I want to play it still :<

Oh yeah this too. I can show it to my friend who's trying to beat Kingdom Hearts 1 and finds it frustrating as hell.

      And it's been released.

I was sad to see how quickly they get to Dream Drop Distance...that's more than half an hour I'm forcing myself to not watch :\

It was a quick talk about the games. That start talking about them each at around 15min I think.

It funny because they make it seem like you don't learn about Roxas and his origins as Sora's Nobody until Days but that definitely was revealed in KH2

Noticed that. Think they had to move that bit of info so that the Days part of the video wasn't nearly so short.

Woah! Did Gametrailers get their hands on some early cutscenes from 2.5?

Because alot of the cutscenes in the BBS portion were very much HD!

Now here's another thought that many people overlook: You know how Nobodies are their original host's soul in a body right? Well Roxas and Namine are no different EXCEPT their original selves: Sora and Kairi, existed at the same time they did. So does that mean that Sora and Kairi only had half a soul until they returned?

I think I set my hopes too high for the timeline video. It wasn't as good as I was expecting but I still think it was very great.
      Kind of.
As Diz said Roxas holds half of who Sora is. It's likely to be the same with Namine and Kairi. This does not however, divide their strength.
