V1: V2: I followed two tuts for the first two, and I got a somewhat different result with the Gaara sig, and a completely different result with the Sora sig. I forgot to erase the smudge mark on Sora's face. CnC?
Thanks. I was surprise with the outcome myself, I'm not good with other advanced tuts, but these two were pretty easy to understand. Thanks, and cool.
An easier way to find it (I hope it ain't ripping. Or advertising, I don't think it would be....): With the Sora sig, I remembered what the tutorial was, so I typed in 'Ninja in Autumn Sig Tutorial'. It was the first link. And with the Gaara sig, it's in his (the one who made the Autumn Ninja Sig) signature.... Heh, without tutorials my sigs are crap. I use them again and again when I can't remember what to do. I use the techniques and bend them around when I make a sig on my own....
For the sake of CnC which no one has done yet. *ahem* The lighting on the two gaara one is a bit to bright and concentrated, I say lower the brush opacity when you add lighting, and try not to put in in one spot make it flow with the tag more. I would say work on flow more, it looks better when the viewers eye is lead around. I would say practice smudging to add depth and flow, and btw the smudge on the sora one looks fine, it adds dimension to it. Overall good job, just keep practicing.
Guys we want REAL CnC, please. I'm not really loving this signature. The effects are very repetative, and there are way too many covering Sora's face. The colors need a lot of work. Gradient Maps are your friend! I'm not sure why some of this stuff is blurry, but I'm ssuming you were trying to create Depth. When doing that, things closer to the focal point should be sharpened, and farther away should be blurred. Let's see.. Firstly, it's VERY dark. The right side looks great, effects and light wise, but Gaara and the left side are pretty dark. The lightsource doesn't seem to be doing much, and if you examine the lighting on the render, you can see the light source should be more towards the right. The text needs some help as well. This one is brighter, which is good, but that light source is really bugging me. When creating a light source, use the radial Gradient to make a white circle, then set it to Soft Light. If you want, Duplicate it , set it to Normal and lower the opacity. V2 FTW.
